If you're using an eGo style battery, I'd recommend single coils. I've tried dual coil 1.5ohm (3 ohm combined) and they just aren't that amazing on an eGo, even my 1000mah twists don't get the duals working that amazingly. just my experience.

I'm in the same boat. The included carto was the only one I've had so far, but I'm ok with the idea of going to single coil, especially if I can get some low resistance ones.

I found these:

They look just like the one I got from FT, with the slotted holes. But $2.79 each seems pricey.

I'm pretty sure I've seen cheaper cartos, plus I'd like to try single coil with my VV batteries.

This thread is old, but if you don't already know...Boge has new laser slotted (not punched) cartos that work AMAZING with the tanks. I just got 10 of them along with a boge f17 from SureVapes, and it's just perfect. There is one slot about 1/2 inch, going vertically on the carto. I'm using 80%vg/20%pg juice and it's wicking PERFECTLY...all day long, only one fill...zero gurgles or flooding. I got the 5-packs of the 510 XL slotted Boge's for $6.99. I'm in heaven!
