I just bought a AGR tank and discoverd I don't have a needle that fits. I found no fill bottle tip size.
Where can I find one that will fill the tank and let the air out too?

I bought 6 needle tops, and only 2 of them fit. Not sure where you can specify the guage of the needle when ordering, but I would like to know this.

Don't use a syringe or needle tip bottle! DON'T DO IT.

9 times out of 10, when I used either, the carto would flood. Basically the syringe/needle tip would take up too much space in the fill hole and have no way for enough air to escape while filling.

The best thing is to remove the fill hole screw, then physically unscrew the top cap off of the tank. Then just fill with a normal bottle of juice, then screw the cap back on. Once that's done, put the fill screw back in. I haven't flooded a carto yet using this method.

I agree with this. The main reason these will flood is that the air channels are very small and restrictive. If you draw too hard it will pull too much juice in and flood. If you draw slow and easy it works just fine. If it does flood take the juice out, take everything apart and clean everything well, gently blow the excess juice out of the carto, vape it a little bit before reassembling. Put it all back together and it should be fine. I flooded mine the first time and did this and it's been working great.

I have 2 needle toppers that work great for my AGR's. I have only ever filled using them and the fill hole. Been using them all day for months without problems. I am not sure what the gauge of the needles are though. But when I fill them, I see bubbles coming up from the fill hole, and they are not at all tight.

I'm glad that works for you. My needle tips and syringes are on the larger size due to the fact that I use fairly thick juices.

If the needle fills the fill hole it will not work. There need to be room around the needle for air to escape the tank while you're filling. A 20 gauge needle will work. Any bigger and you will probably have problems.

That's why it ends up less trouble to unscrew the top cap and fill. Just don't forget to remove the fill screw before putting the top cap back on. Once the top cap is tight then you can replace the fill screw.

Yah, I had not concidered the thicker juices. I use 70/30, and it works fine. But I DIY my wifes juices, and have to remove the needle from the syringe for the VG. Scratch what I posted.

Not sure what happened first time. Dumped out and started again.

Did this a second time and so far so good!

stormysvaporcellar.com allows you to specify needle gagues (took me a while to find). I didn't have any luck with 20 gagues but have experienced great success with 22 gagues when filling the agr.

Also, fill really slow. I use 70/30 juices.
Thanks tank leaked out over night. Still not sure what happened, dad gum!!!

If it happens again, you can try putting a small oring around the carto's 510 then putting the base on. Was having constant flooding issues until I tried that (as suggested by dinet).

Faxed in on the Mojo Wire

I have two agr's and have not had an issue with flooding or leaking, knocks on wood. I have to fill via the hole really slow if using 100VG, BB and GJ, if its my normal 50/50 its usually good to go! I use the bottle tops with needles from MBV. Not sure what size they are tho.
I'll be attempting try #3 today any other help is welcome!

I don't have one yet, but if you dont have one try to sneak a tank tool into your order. Save your orings from some abuse. Real easy to nic them with the sharp edges of a carto. I always prefill and lube up my carto's before inserting them in the tank and install gently as i dont have a tank tool yet.
