After some testing on the BW-510 I have this to say about it:
The Good--I like the feel of it, it makes the most vapor of any 510 I have tried and the battery life is amazing, not to mention that the atomizer stay's cool, not melting plastic or buring anything including me.
The Bad--My unit was bent a bit, not quite straight which bugged me a bit. Also, the battery and the atomizer are slightly longer, about a 1/4 of an inch or so. Also, my atomizer did not work very well with the carts that came with it, they are to "loose" to the point that they fall right out on their own.
