I purchased the start-up kit with my ProVari, and I was wondering if I should unplug the battery charger from the wall when I'm not using it to charge any batteries?

I unplug everything and store it until I need to charge again. I'm not sure it matters, but it just seems like the thing to do.
Sometimes I unplug my charger and sometimes I don't. Its better to unplug for saving electricity's sake but I don't think it matters if it is plugged in all the time.
Best thing to do is keep your battery charger on a timer, this way you just turn on the timer for approximately the time it will take to charge your Batts, never an issue this way and worst case is you have to run it for a bit longer if you set it to short but as for safety timers work super.
I always unplug ALL chargers....ecig or not....why waste the watts, or, uh, mini watts.
Plugged in when in use...........Unplugged when not. I have a shelf I keep my chargers on right next to an outlet.

I think it only matters if there's a light... My charger has a red and a green light, which stay on when it's plugged in. So they could burn out eventually, which would suck.
Unplug it when not in use. I had a cord on one of my go poof...watched the short go all the way up it. The charger itself was unharmed but the cable was toast. All of it hit the trash. If I wouldn't have been home, my house would have burned down.

I think it's pretty understandable a lot of folks would think this, or something very similar. Unfortunately it isn't true. For too many reasons to go into here, a charger should always be unplugged when not in use (The sub-categories under "Safety" could fill a page). Please do yourself & your loved ones a favor: just unplug all chargers when they're not being used. Thanks.

Unplug, unplug, unplug. Also remove all batteries when light turns green, don't leave them in charger.
