Do you trust this liquid?

I love ry4...its my favorite flavor. I am used to getting it in bottles with an ORANGE lid and 24mg actually printed on the bottle. I ordered 6 x 10ml bottles of 24mg liquid from an online supplier. These bottles have a BLUE lid. They have a sticker on the outside than indicates 24mg...its not printed on the label. Third issue I have is that the liquid is VERY light in color compared to the ry4 that I have been getting.

Did I get duped?

I peeled up the sticker to reveal a 16mg label underneath. Yes I did get it from one of the suppliers here. I contacted him and he said that the liquid was "boosted" to the desired strength (he does this himself) right here in the US.

Either way its weird and we will not be ordering liquid from him again. Stickers on the labels..."boosting" whatever...it just sounds and looks weird. How do I know that I'm not getting either under or overdosed this way?

Their hardware is great! No complaints there. Incredible prices.

Had they posted their liquid info actually in the product description instead of off to the side of their page...that would have been helpfull.

Well, I'm just a bit worried about the 24/16 mg stuff because I know since I got their liquid I've been craving big time... so I'm wondering if it's just me or if it's the liquid. Prob just me? I hope....

Friends at work made a good point. 'if it's not regulated, what's going to stop vendors from messing with the stuff' (Kinda like strictly ejuice.)

I can't point finger in blame though because I don't know.

Well...I will not be cutting this batch with VG. Im sure if I do that my 510 will completely kill the flavor. My wife is ......! She likes cutting with VG to vape her m401.

You know, in this day and age of the FDA breathing down our necks and telling us "you never know what your getting with those things!" It seems that the less "BOOSTING" and "MIXING" the online vendors take it upon themselves to do...THE BETER!

I wouldnt trust a liquid if there were labels over labels

Labels over labels on all six bottles I got from them.

I am addicted to nicotine. Nicotine should be handled as thouhg it were someones medication...It shouldnt be mixed and cut by vendors as if it were a street drug.

When my doctor writes me a prescription my pharmacist doesnt take a lower dosage and "boost" that.

Colored caps generally mean the juice is Dakang, and chinese juice producer. The color of the cap itself I don't think means anything. Dakang juice is known for always having an orange-yellow tint, even unflavored, due to their extraction process to get nic from tobacco. There is also a particular taste to their juices, independent of any flavoring they add. Some have no problems with it, love it, and buy it in bulk. Some, however, do not like it...I am in that camp, and not just from the flavor/color, but also they are PG juices, and I don't like PG's affect on me.

The juices should be "fine", meaning they are not unsafe to vape. Whether you like them or not is another issue entirely. Lots of great juices from other vendors out there, and not Dakang in origin, with many being made very well in the US. MyFreedomSmokes offers outstanding juices for excellent prices, and no base coloration or underlying taste.

If you are like me, however, and get tired of PG, or hit or miss flavored juices, you may consider going purely DIY. Cheaper and with some experimentation you get exactly what you want every time.

Also, RY4 is a caramel tobacco flavor, so should be deeply colored regardless of the base that is used.

Posted too soon! The labels over labels thing may be a genuine issue, and it may be they just used an empty bottle that was initially labeled for another juice. I've not heard of there being mislabeled juices, but it is a possibility. litecigs is a company that has good reviews here, and you could certainly contact them. they may just exchange it if you haven't used it, but if they are aware that helps them, as they certainly want us happy here.

Good luck!

Another thing that AntiMartyr mentioned is that his bottle was stamped 16mg and the 24 over the 16. However, the 16mg label under the 24 on mine was another sticker. (Both of which came off when I lifted the 24mg label...

And, I have started using mine but I didn't know they were double labeled. However, AntiMartyr also said that they boost the juice themselves. hrmm... makes me itch my head.

I don't know from personal experience, but that kind of label over labeling and someone personally cutting what you buy does feel more "street". I am glad to have read this info.

You know....If they just would have posted it in the product description instead of in a seperate side bar. That would have helped.
