Nicely done TheAntiMartyr...good first day on the forum...lets start a poll to see who you should pish off next, shall we?

Next time, try reading a bit more before you pull someones integrity into question in a public forum like this. Would it have hurt you to have ASKED THE VENDOR HIMSELF first?

I'm not even a customer of litecig's and this pishes me off to no end.

This thread was a bad idea from the start. If you had concerns, you should have:
a) read the site descriptions
b) contacted shawn @ litecigusa.

My first order with him I bought 10 different flavors or so, and due to some mixup one small bottle was missing in the shipment (though he'd also included a freebie flavor at the same time-every order seems to include a free item!). I contacted him, he apologized profusely and sent me a replacement at his cost.
He didn't question me, he didn't try to make me prove anything- he cares about his customer service. Similarly, he offers high strength liquids as a service to his customers, cutting in just enough PURE NICOTINE to raise the dosage- exactly the same way US manufactured liquid is mixed from scratch.

Eugh.

Yeah.......Shawn IS fixing it. Shawn decided that he will NO LONGER sell juice at 24mg or 36mg........due to this guys claims. PLUS.....to make up for losing those 2 selections from his site.....he will be increasing his prices. oh.....and no more "Duece" at all!!!!!

Thanks alot, TheAntiMartyr.......Hope those people you recommend LiteCig to enjoy higher prices......and less selection.

This appears to be true:

Its always best to contact a vendor if you have questions or concerns about a product. Talking with anyone else, especially here, simply turns it into public gossip, and doesn't solve the issue that the vendor would likely want solved or clarified. This applies to all sold products, not just ecigs. Vendors here really do want their customers happy...start with that premise and maybe this won't be repeated with another well-loved vendor. Good luck!

thanks for the link, like I said before a simple explanation should suffice checking the litecigusa site now. No matter what, someone would have brought up the label over label thing at some point. More importantly it didn't have to be taken negatively.

The original questions is "do you trust this liquid" without exception everyone who has used that supplier has said yes.

Asking valid questions about products is part of what this board is about.

Absolutly, asking questions about products is certainly what we should all do BUT (theres always a but) there are certain comments that has pushed LitecigUSA, such as yours from page 2 of this thread. Again, you also did nothing wrong by speaking your opinion.

It got out of hand because of a .......in sticker that the original poster ADMITTED they should have read the disclosure in the first place.

I would suggest that you AntiMartyr, email, call, post to Shawn PERSONALLY and eat some crow on this whole situation.

A simple personal apology goes a LONG way sometimes.

You know...being the decent human being that I am...I'm already three steps ahead of you.

I'm pretty sure the cap colors are just indicators of time of production (I know suppliers that have the same liquid in, and the cap colors change from month to month if they order often). The different cap color is helpful for suppliers to judge which liquid was from their last order, and which is new stock (to sell the older stuff off first) without having to read tiny dates or batch codes.

The juice could have been mis-bottled/labeled at the plant and corrected with new stickers. I have had Chinese liquid that had one sticker on the front, and another on the back (not Dekang). Stuff happens. If it was the same label printing (identical label cover the other), that is probably the case and was not done by the supplier.

I suggest asking the supplier about all of this, rather than speculating here (and perhaps causing some people to avoid this seller's liquids). I hope you'll post the reply.

Ok everyone, I know you're all going to get your panties in a bunch when I say this, but in my opinion you're all being ultra paranoid. I seriously doubt this eliquid company would purposely screw evryone over so you guys will talk about it online...so they THEN go out of business because of it.

I know this site called ............ so if you want a bunch of other stuff to be to be paranoid about this ought to keep you busy for DAYS!!!

A simple explanation without ANY change would suffice. If the supplier is going to make a change to their product, or selection I doubt it would be based on 1 thread.

I agree.

The OP had a concern which he voiced, and when asked what vendor, he provided the info. This thread didn't have to turn ugly. A simple explanation would have sufficed. Sheesh.

Can I post this with just 43 posts? ;)
