Does Anyone Carb-Hit?

Brief Description: Holding your finger on the "carbuerator" hole on the atomizer while drawing a hit, then releasing your finger to take in all the alotted smoke.

I know that the vapor flows directly into the mouth when your drawing a hit, but I've noticed that if I tap my finger over the hole, I get a better hit. Just wanted to know your thoughts on this or if anyone else does it.

I do this when I use the PS Peewee. It really increases the hit and vapor...

Sure - it's like using the choke on an engine. It also increases heat, which might limit the life of your atty.

Ah that's a good point, maybe I should avoid this then. I'm only doing it because I just got my 901 and I'm not sure if the battery is fully charged or not. I'm getting like a "light" cigarette hit out of it so far. It's been on the charger for a while and the light is green but it still doesn't seem to be fully charged.

Yep, i'm a cronic carb hitter.. Usualy I will just run my finger over the hole on my 901 quickly as I draw.. However, right now I am fighting with all my gear.. All my 801 and Dura batts are on the charger and I always seem to have to draw real hard to get ANYTHING outta the 901..

I've been doing this constantly with my DSE901 since the day I got it - Works GREAT - Tons of smoke and super throat hit ... Ordered some more 901's just because of this.... I usually smoke a M201 as it's the first one I ordered and has is a nice consistent easy smoke but if I want the "rip your throat out" type of hit, I grab the 901 every time

Yeah, I do that, but it might be for nostalgic reasons.

I have never had any luck with this technique either but that may be because I replace the atomiser as soon as it shows signs of becoming a wimp! Tho the 901 atomisers usually the taste goes bad before the hit drops off
