Tried that, wife unit keeps coming back.
Bought her a brand new car WITHOUT GPS and she still finds her way back.

My wife can't figure out how to use her GPS. I thought I was home free.. then she calls my cell.. when I don't answer she calls the land line. When I don't answer she calls our kids. I sleep in the other room then... Ahhh what a good night sleep I get.

I have slowly replaced all my original plastic bottles with glass and have finally tossed all the plastic ones but they came in handy when I first started mixing my own.

At my age it is hard to acclimate myself to this disposable world we find ourselves in. I grew up during the time where we recycled/re-purposed most everything.

I'm just curious if anyone else saves their empty e-liquid bottles. I have no use for them, and no particular reason why I save them....I guess I just like them too much to throw the away. I ESPECIALLY like collecting the glass 30mL bottles from the various e-liquid vendors.....View attachment 481984

Yes and NO, I Don't Know... As I DIY mostly now....... When I need more bottles I just order a few bottles of juice to try. I needed bottles so I bought bottles, that were prefilled with juice. Not sure what this qualifies as.

I used to save them all. Now, I only save the ones I can reuse, namely the 30 ml plastic ones with drippers thin enough to refill my stupid Kayfuns without leaking.

Actually, I just abandoned like 50 brown, green and clear 30 ml glass bottles, complete with caps and droppers, when I moved from my old house. Seems like a lot of nice glass bottles to let go, but I have so many.

I keep a few plastic bottles with the needle point drips in 3 sizes 10ml, 15ml, and 30ml.

I keep my blue glass bottles.

other than that, toss. Some bottles have necks that are too skinny and hard to put juice in, others don't have the needle-tips and I have no use for the thicker ones

At first I did save all my empty plastic bottles/containers but soon gave that up because I don't use plastic squeeze bottles for mixing/storing juice. I do save all colored 30+ ml glass bottles (Boston rounds), and currently have over 100 of them on hand in 30, 60 and 120 ml sizes. I'm an extraction enthusiast, the colored glass bottles are -great- for storing tobacco extracts, mixed NETs of various types/flavors, concentrated flavorings and for storing liquid nic in the freezer. Oxygen can't permeate through glass and the colored tint helps block harmful UV which makes them ideal for long term storage.

They will come in very handy if/when you get into DIY :D

I never throw them away. I just remove the label and clean them.

Yeah...me too...ONLY the glass ones with dripper though.

I figure they may come in handy some day, maybe in the near-future- when Ill be forced into making my own liquids because of upcoming legislation/restrictions :(

I used to just clean/soak/rinse them with/in a tiny bit of dish soap & hot water, sometimes adding a few drops of 90% alcohol or white vinegar for persistent odors/flavors and that's been working out fine but I recently bought an ultrasonic cleaner so they should really be spotless/odorless and residue-less from now on !!!!

I also recycle them to use for my essential oil mixes/recipees.

I throw mine away, unless I need to remember a certain flavor for re-order.

But mattiem makes a good point. I have purchased new empty e-liquid bottles from the store for the sake of mixing. I suppose I could utilize used e liquid bottles instead and save a dollar or two.

Alas, I am OCD and I would prefer to get a brand new empty bottle instead of rinsing out a used bottle. Wasteful and unnecessary? yes. Does it make a difference? No.
Ill send you my address when you come across some old used up 20 and 100$ bills ;)

Just a small FYI, some flavors take weeks to steep without the aid of some extra measure such as ultrasonic steeping. I don't like the results of ultrasonic steeping.

I make a juice for example that takes nothing less than 6 weeks to mature. I happen to vape around 30ml a day so a 42 30ml bottle rotation would keep me happy if I just vaped that single flavor mixture.

I save all of my glass, the caps though, not so much. Caps last a few uses but need to be replaced every so often.
