Does anyone know, on PV's, is there a money back guarantee within the posted warranty?

Dying to order the TOX right now, but have seen all pos reviews and one negative... sounds like he just go a bad one, which happens with anything manufactured from time to time. Just wanted to make sure that i could actually return it for money back within the short posted warranty period if it functions, but not anywhere near the specs advertised. For example, if its delivering a max of 3 something volts on a 3ohm carto, measured by meter (and taking in consideration the 2.5amp restriction, of course). Can anyone give me a quick answer on this, hopefully? (crossing fingers). I'd rather not wait weeks for tons more reviews if I don't have to, but that money back satisfaction guarantee is pretty important, assuming it doesn't do what's promised if used as directed.

EDIT... Ok, just found the part on the site that says no refunds, no how... sorry, didn't see that before. But they'll replace it if is not performing properly, correct?
