The intelligent view, something that appears foreign to you, is that a study either positive or negative on vaping, must have a foundation based on reality and study methods that are credible and unbiased.and reviewed by the scientific community before release.

There, fixed that for ya. "Peer Review" is what keeps science honest and unbiased.

Theoretically. In practice it sometimes gets very dirty. I agree that peer reviewed data is generally the pinnacle of trustability, especially in areas where few of us are qualified to judge, but a clear report with figures is a good second best.

What we generally get from ANTZ is a vague report with no figures. Whether or not it is peer reviewed, it is bad science.

I can't believe there's a bill for new york to prohibit the sale or gift of eliquids which they define as a liquid containing nicotine and some other stuff mixed together.

I guess if they get away with that theyll next write a bill to prohibit high wattage vaping; wouldn't that prohibit fog machines?
