I was all ready to order the E9 with 53 carts when I get a mysql error. So I do the online chat feature.

During our conversation, I ask a few questions about the products. Extremely slow responses. Not even polite. I then ask if its possible to do a mix and match with the 53 carts.. I just said "Can you add one of each flavor, to total 53 carts?" The reply was.. no, you pick one flavor.

Then I asked another question.. BAM. No response.. they let the chat thing hang.. but no response.. WTF ???

NO...don't order from them.
Have you searched this forum for reviews on them yet?
That E9 was my first ecig, before I knew about ECF, and was the biggest waste of $150 ever!!! I got them to replace the batteries once, died within two weeks. The replacements died in a week, and are now lost somewhere in the system. I have 20 boxes of carts (4 carts in each box) and no way to ever use them.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Ok thanks. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise that I got that mysql error. I kinda like the idea of the E9.. and you can refill those carts if you pry the filter part open. I wanted to get something for my mom that looks like a real cigarette and is as realistic as possible. Maybe she can just live with the DSE 901. Which I ordered from myvaporstore.. but I wanted something else to play with.. and the E9 looks great!

General rule of thumb from the more experienced PV users: The more it looks like a real analog the worse the performance.

You need a 1000mAh battery to get consistent throat hit and 6-8 hours of battery life and a manual switch instead of an auto switch.

(please note, this isn't a flame at ANYONE, and as I wrote this I found myself saying man, this guy is gonna think I am tossing him in the ole BBQ.. Don't take it that way.. Then I read your 2nd post.. China.. Pfth.. I feel your pain.. hell, I am surprised you even understood the broken English typing! This is just my rant to the WORLD as someone who deals too much with end users who just dont know..)

Well, let me say this..

First, I do not know who the vendor you were speaking with was, so no clue on how their service may or may not be..

Usualy I have read so much about what it is I am going to buy, that I do not feel the need to speak with the vendor, unless it is to verify that the item I am buying is really what they are selling. I also know that a large number of e-cig and Juice vendors we order from here are a 'one man show' ran outta their home. I understand that it may not be their only job, and at that they are doing the e-cig thing, a real job, and usualy a family.

Stating that, I have had nothing but GREAT A-1 service from all the vendors I have ordered items from. I have had a few items that needed to be replaced that have failed, email that I sent was straight and to the point, responses came from these vendors in 24 hours or less, one being as short as 16 minutes!

I guess what I am trying to say is everyone has a different view on what customer service is. I know there isn't a staff of people sitting at a terminal waiting to answer questions on a live chat, I know the guy (or lady) who just so happened to get your chat request might also be responding to 20-40 emails, filling 10-15 orders, putting their stock that just came in today away, updating inventory on their website and packing the car for tomorrow's drop at the post office on the way to work. On top of this, their kid is screaming, and the pet frog is loose in the house!

As for the question in the back of your head 'Then whay do they even have that chat thing?' Well, again, the same staff that designs the website, may have little to no clue what php, java, ccs or html is or how to modify the 'Out of the Box' website to turn this feature off or modify how or when it says 'online'.

And I respect them for that.. Need questions answered? Send an email.. This ain't Walmart.. This is my two cents. I ranted enough..

Any idea who sells a manual switch for a pen-style?

I do understand what you are saying. I asked this vendor if they were a distributor or the manufacturer and she said they were the manufacturer. I had some simple questions... some got answered within 20 seconds. When I asked if I could try each flavor she just said no. Then I asked something else and no response - I let the chat box stay open for over 30 minutes. No responses at all. I even said "Hello, is anyone there?" no response. If they would have said "One moment please..." or something.. anything.. but this did not leave a good taste in my mouth. Parting with 150 bux is not so difficult, but giving it to a company who simply doesn't take a sec to answer a few basic questions.. ??????

Janty Kissbox is the only one I know of. The other option is to get a USB pass-through and attach it to a 1000mah output battery pack like the Kennsington or a usb wall plug to get direct power from an outlet. That for the battery part of the equation. Won't solve the manual switch part, of course.

Hi, I just received that exact product from e-cig.com. E9, 53 carts, package D I think. You can tell on the site, they have a tough time with English. They do pretty well, but I could imagine a real time chat would be tough and limited as I have done this many times trouble shooting equipment with Indian tech support in a real time chat at work.

Also, I noticed I also had problems loading the e-cig.com site a couple of days ago. It was fine the next day. They must have had a tech issue.

As far as their service, it was fine. I received my order in exactly 7 days.
