I've been DIYing since the first of the year & I'm loving it! Was mixing some CNC machine coolant at work today(always water first then concentrate cuz it mixes better) & that got me thinking if I was putting my ingredients in my juice together in the proper order! I usually make a 40/60 pg/vg juice & I put my stuff together in the following order;
1) Flavoring
2) VG
3) Nic (vg base)
4)PG
Is this OK? Does it really matter? How do you guys do that voodoo that you do so well?

Tanx to all ya'all! Thought I'd read sumpin someware about mixing a certain way but I wasn't sure! I use a UC to mix/steep my juices that runs in 8 min. cycles & I chake da chit outta it between cycles for 10 or 20 cycles!:headbang:
Same, between the UC and shake-a-thon we're good to go :thumb::thumbs:

Personally I do flavor, nic. pg, vg. I do the VG last because a lot of time I just top off the bottle with VG and don't have to measure. Saves time.

Like most I don't think it really matters but I have seen some of Bills blogs where he really feels the order of adding flavors matters.

I always do nic first. Even with multiple batches, I measure the nic into all of the bottles first. Not sure why I do it that way. I think I'm just more comfortable with the nic paraphernalia recapped and off the table as soon as possible.

After the nic, PG, VG, flavors, for no other reason than that's how it's ordered on my printouts.

For this type of Mixing, I always add the Flavoring Last. My thinking is if I Kack somewhere in the Measurements I could Adjust things with the Flavoring.

If you mg/ml and PG|VG ratios aren't changing, you could use "Pre-Mix". I posted this in Another thread about 5 minutes ago...

It's going to work Fine.

And if you a Really Lazy, and your PG|VG Ratios don't change, you could make "Pre-Mix". Which is a Pre-Mixed Bottle of PG|VG (and maybe a little Water) in the Ratio that you like.

Then you Just pour Pre-Mix into a Small bottle and add Flavoring. Easy-Peasy.

You can Also use Pre-Mix with Recipes that call for Nicotine. As long as you mg/ml levels aren't Changing.

BTW - Was that Coolant you were Mixing a Synthetic? Or perhaps Sulfur based Soluble Oil?
