A very Compelling Comparison.

But with regards to Closed System Cartridges, there will be a Fundamental Argument used for them. Something that is Going to be Hard to Counter.

Closed Systems are going to be the rule.
Because of the rug rats.

The argument for closed containers will be that they are "safer" because you'll know exactly what's in them(yeah, trust BT on that) and they'll deliver "metered doses" as if it were medicine.

Countering that will be difficult because it's somewhat meaningless, but it sounds good.

Open systems allow for tailoring which actually makes vaping effective as an alternative. And the components aren't inherently dangerous. But they don't care...

In a way. But that will only be Part of it. A Very Important part of it. But Not All of it.

Like I said. I'm not going to Discuss this much in an Open Forum. PM me if you want.
There are lots of reasons (beyond the rug rats) that closed systems will be the only thing left...

Big tobacco wants that, to eliminate competition.
Big Pharma wants that, to reduce effectiveness, and maybe Big tobacco too.

Big Government wants that, for many reasons...
--To reduce effectiveness
--To make taxation easier
--To protect the rug rats (to appease the ANTZ)

I may be missing a few components here...
I'm sure there's more.

I have kids so I keep my juice where there's no reaching yet they are old enough to know NOT to touch it... Nobody in almost 2 years even got near it.
Now as far as labeling it's not necessary to put kid type photos! However, we should be allowed to enjoy a mr cookie and see a cookie and so forth... Just my opinion.
Being we are being targeted ... That reason is why it should stop

Do you think this will be Enough to Satisfy Senate Members?

Honestly, do you think plain labels will be enough to satisfy Senate members?

Anyone who will throw a true hissy fit over a picture of a cookie, is going to throw the same fit over the name, and the flavor.

I'm not against labels, I'm not against including things like pg/vg ratios, nic content, mixing date, not even against warnings to keep out of the hands of small children and away from pets. I'm against censorship of graphics/names on labels.

ETA: you didn't answer the question though. Do you think they'll be perfectly okay with a Lollipop flavor, called Yummy Lollipop?

There Isn't any Reason to Answer the Question.

There Isn't Going to be any Graphics that you Don't See on Packs of Cigarettes. And something tells me that the name "Yummy Lollipop" aint gonna get the Green Light from the FDA.

Something tells me that a lollipop flavor isn't going to get the green light, no matter what it's called, as long as we accept the argument that it's targeted to kids.

Something tells me that if people say "as long as we accept the argument that it's targeted to kids." enough times, that some people Might start to believe.

Whether it is True or Not.
