Or... or... the OP's Tesla for $69.00 - that's just obnoxious.

Personally I still don't get why people want these period. I'd rather learn to be a little more dexterous, blow a big five bucks at Harbor Freight for a meter even, and be able to use it for all manner of things besides e-cig checks.

They're very nice for sitting small RBAs on so you can build the coil.

But I totally agree that these kind of sellers suck. Too bad people don't do their homework before buying these things cuz they'd probably jump at the chance to buy the vamo INSTEAD of the ohm reader for that same price.

I have to go against the crowd here - no, it doesn't bother me.

Everyone has the right to sell whatever they have for whatever they want. It's not like this is food in time of famine or even something necessary. He's not putting a gun to anyone's head forcing them to pay his price.

+1

It's just business. A "fair price" is whatever a willing buyer and willing seller agree upon.

Whether I think it's too much, too little or OMG PRICE GOUGING!!!eleventy11 is irrelevant.

I dont like people over charging for stuff but I think the person paying 4x the price is the dumb one.

Look at the classys used items going at retail with small scratches that are easily buffed out. That is my pet peve. If they are so easy to buff out then why are they being sold with the scratches?
Because in today's world, some idiot will sue the store that does that claiming that the were selling "damaged" goods and "trying" to pass them off as new.... EVEN if the store had wile e coyote signs all over the place saying what they were doing.
Less expensive for the store in the long run to just sell "scratch-and-dent".

If you don't like the price gouging on that you would hate to know what a fountain drink from a restaurant costs them! EEK!
It's the business world. If people are going to pay a ridiculous price for a product, you can try to inform them, but if you can't, it's their fault really.
Even for us, most B&M shops charge $3.00 for a new cartomizer. When you know you can find them online for only $1.50 or less. So a 100% markup? OUTRAGEOUS!

For those who find that they need 3 hands to use a multimeter, do what I did. I picked up an extra set of standard multimeter probes for a few bucks and a few 510 connectors.
I epoxied one 510 into a 9mm hole drilled into nice block of wood. That is my build stand.
I next cut off the probe ends and soldered the wire to the other 510 connector. This resulted in a set multimeter wires with the standard plugs on one end and a 510 connector on the other.

Oh, great. Another project idea.

I used to like you. I really did.

Lmao ain't that the truth. If you have emotional issues over an ohm meter I see a padded room in your future.

Man, that price is hard to believe. Scumbags!

These are real convenient, but not for that price. I have one because I buy cartos in bulk, and meter everyone when I get them. Makes it a lot faster. With my arthritic hands, it's easier than trying to wrestle with the two leads of a DMM and hold the carto. :)
