I bought a MAP DCT tank a couple of months ago and gave up because the juice was constantly spitting up into my mouth. I was using it on my 5 volt HP Saber with cartos I punched and bought that were pre punched. 1 Success out of 8. I think the vg/pg on the one that worked was a 30/70pg. I like my juice at 60/40pg or 70/30pg. Im willing to give cartos another shot.

Well, to answer your question..."Does VG/PG mix have any affect on DCT Tank and how it runs?"... I'd say absolutely. I'm no expert but it has too right? I mean thicker juice won't run through the carto as good as a thinner juice right? I'd say with a thicker juice (more VG) you'd definitely get less vapor, flavor and throat hit. Mix that with a 5v Saber and you have the perfect recipe for a nice burnt tastin vapin experience. Like I said I'm no expert on DCTs however, seeing you like your juice on the thick side maybe you can make a little bigger hole or slot in your cartos? I have a 3.5 DCT tank and I hate it. I'm running a 80pg/20vg mix through it and it still sux. I don't even use it anymore. I may be doing something wrong but I dunno. If you want to try something new....try the CE2 clearomizers. Inexpensive clear "cartos" with no polyfil, better vapor, better taste and better throat hit. They use a wicking system instead of the filler. I use them on my eGo and Lavatube at about 4v - 4.2v. Love em. Can't go wrong ... $6 for a 5 pak so if ya hate em, you're not out much dough. Hope that helped. Good luck.

DC 1.5(or 1,7-2,0) ohm on 5volt?? try 3.8v battery only or change cartos for high
Resistance
vg gives you a higher viscosity and density, and greater smoke, try 50/50

He has a point. If you are using a LR carto on a 5v batt you'll get bad results as well. You want to stick within 2.5 - 3.2 ohms for a single coil carto on a 5v batt or 2.0 ohms and higher for a dual coil carto on a 5v batt.
