For a while I blended my VG with about 20% distilled water and then used it to mix my nicjuices. It helped the flow of fluids to the atty with the stock poly-filler. Now I use a ZFM or fish filter poly-fill (creating a custom density) for my mega XL eGo atties. So I use undiluted VG in my mixes now.

I also can't stand PG, other than what is in a flavoring. I use about 5-10% distilled water to thin some of my juices. But I am finding that unthinned VG juices are really great for dripping. I'm not keen on very strong flavors, but water will open the flavors up some. Some use vodka or PGA to thin VG juices, but these dry me out too much, which is also why I do not like PG. Try making a 3 mL batch with 10% water, and see how it is for you.

I do find that with cartos, a bit of thinning is a good thing.

Well I tried 15% distilled water, thinned out the vg to much for my bottom feeder mini reo. 5% seemed ok though.
I also found out that lorann uses PG in there flavors, so I have to watch how much I use or I get that nasty taste again.
I will have to check some of the others to see if they all use PG.

These guys have a few flavors non-pg, I am totally allergic so can't handle any pg, mine arrived today, smell awesome but have not had a chance to mix any yet!

Perfumers Apprentice - Flavors - Non PG

I just ordered also the non pg from PA. let me know how they work out for you.
I'm curious what kind of reaction do you get from PG?
I get a very bad itch in the back of my throat and causes me to cough a lot, also I get a very bad chemical taste from the PG. I have found
if I mix at 10% or lower it is not that noticeable.I use PA, loran,HC and I bought some Flavourart from US distributor(liberty flights) very disappointed in quality,it was very weak.

For the record, Flavorart uses deionized water.

Kurt, why do you say unthinned VG is good for dripping? Because it is thicker and won't drip as much through the drip tip?

Actually I was turned on to this surprising thing at the last vaper meet in Philly. Richard from vaporgalaxy.com brought some of his VG juices. They were clearly unthinned, as verified by him. He was dripping them into a DSE905 with 510 atty and delrin drip tip. So I tried it. REALLY nice! 4 drops lasted a long time, the flavor was great, and the vapor, as expected, spectacular. After I ran out of the juices I bought from him, I made my own, and still love it for dripping. It does sometimes sit in the drip tip, though, like a thick bubble. But just hold the button and it forces a big heat air bubble up, pop it, and away you go. Not to say a little thinning is also fine for dripping. It is, but I just find unthinned to be really luxurious. Attys need a bit of cleaning more often though, but I've found no problems from it, as long as its not a tobacco juice...they often clog my attys permanently no matter what I do, probably from particulate, not viscosity.

Ditto on the PG effects. I suggest trying Capellas. Most flavors are great at 10%. The PG that is in a flavor does not bother me, unless I go to >15%, then I start to taste and feel it. Most PA flavors are a touch weak, but tend to bloom nicely after a couple days in a juice. But then, I'm not so big on huge flavor.

Hmm. They are using triacetin instead of PG or alcohol. Interesting. Wiki says it is safe in even high quantities. Its certainly polar, but does not hydrogen bond, so it seems like a good PG alternative. Let us know in DIY how they are in a juice! The vanillas are the ones I would try.

They work well, mixes fine with VG although I haven't tested as much with straight PG. I found dripping high VG % mixes worked well a few months ago too, good to see someone else doing that.
