I just wondered. All my pros stand on end, but I recently had someone mention the "wobble" for lack of a better term. All of my PV's seem to have it. I'm not talking about enough to fall, or such.
I just got 2 new PV's this week, and even they have it. ITs not obvious. ITs like the difference between setting a glass on a flat marble counter, and setting it on an old wooden table.
Does that help?

That's odd and interesting Pam, I don't notice any wobble in mine at all...but maybe my standards are lower? LOL Ok, my Root Beer BP has just the tiniest little bit, I can slip a sheet of paper under one part of the bottom cap, but it stands still. My purple BP, original purple Buzz and even my beta BP all are steady soldiers.

Mine can wobble. I have the delrin threads and sometimes the brass will get all funky and off-center in relationship to the threaded part. I'm in the habit of straightening it all out if I'm going to stand it up, other than that it usually stands pretty steadily.

I really wish the all metal endcap was an option instead of the "new" one when you buy the buzz! For some reason it's hard for me to justify placing an order just for an endcap.

I have 5 buzz pros lined up in front of me and they all stand straight without any issues. However if I tap them slightly they wobble for a moment. However, I have a provari mini sitting right next to them and if I tap it gently it wobbles as well. But they need to be tapped or the desk needs to be pushed pretty hard to make them wobble!

Does your Buzz wobble on its base?

Only after I've had too many drinks but everything wobbles then so I don't notice it.:toast:

Is there any approved method to hold the set pin in if it tends to loosen, slide out slightly?
Superglue. A little dab will do ya.
