At the forum for the Screwdriver I found out that the Mk1 will also use the 18350. So, if they both use the same battery and my Chuck is more beautiful (I like the looks of the Screwdriver but I picked a gorgeous design for my Little Chuck), the Chuck will win. But it's good to know I'll have 3 great mods to use.

I think you have misread Poeia 18350 is a Mk2 SD battery and I can assure you they DON'T fit a Mk1 (I even just tried to check) they are too fat to even get into the body

Ah. I see where I got confused. Someone posted a link to the 18350 and asked if it would fit. Someone else said "Specs say 18x10x35 mm." I thought they meant that those were the specs for the Screwdriver but they were the specs for the battery.

Oh well. It's not like a couple more batteries are such a costly investment. :)

I'm considering caving, too. I've been considering buying starter kits for my mother and little sister, and at $35 each shipped, that's as cheap as a 510 starter kit. Yeah, there will be a little extra expense with batts, atties, and carts, but they'll start off with a mod at 3.7v and a battery that won't need to be switched hourly. And if by some chance they hate vaping, I'd get SDs sent back to me instead of stock batts. :)

I'm very happy with mine - it has replaced my 510 starter kit which is on it's way out. The replacement batteries for it would have cost as much as these, with this current deal.
And I think you may send your mum and sis your stock and keep the SD's for yourself!!!
LOL. Although I'm trying to persuade my Dad to get them - I think the less faff the better - and there is certainly less messing around to be done.

OK, well I had been considering adding a Tornado to my arsenal or a 5v mod. The prices for most HV mods were a little high and not to mention are not in stock. Prices on batteries for the Tornado/ego... well that will add up quick.
So since I have never tried a 510 and it's BOGOF from the screwdriver site, I ordered a 510 model in black. I think trog said that my free one will be a 510, but it may not be black... I also ordered some 510 attys in black from TW and some of their new Patriot Range juice. I already have the 16340 batteries and chargers, and they are cheap to get new ones. Should be getting here real soon.

Heh. Actually, I showed them pics of both the eGo (which I have) and the SD last night, and explained what I perceive as the pros and cons of each. Lil sis chose the SD. ;) They are always limited on funds, so cheaper replacement batteries are a big issue. So if *I* can swing the funds without inspiring the wrath of my husband, I'll be ordering the SDs for them today.

Just to point out the offer ends tonight at midnight UK time, its 4.13pm now btw ;) I think you can only get a freebie of the one you order, probably a diff colour. But it might be worth asking if you want something else, you never know.
I don't sell them, just use them and sport a big fat SD avatar to annoy people lol :D

I'm glad you mentioned what time it is there. I never can seem to figure out international time differences. :D Thanks!

And I don't know why anyone would be annoyed by your avatar. I like seeing via avatars and signatures which devices people are really passionate about.
