At work we have already been getting binding restrictions on new or endorsed flood policies.
Yeah, it's that time of year...
The good news is it's expected to say at "Tropical Storm" strength.
The models are still fairly indecisive for this weekend:
Okay - Who is Dorian's possible "cone of uncertainty " path as it stands now ? ? ?
EDIT: They just added South Florida . . .
Oh well - DANG . . . Once again, just gonna have to wait and see as usual . . .
Dang, I had to open my big mouth. Now it's expected to strengthen into a hurricane and it looks like the entire east coast of FL and even Georgia is in the cone of uncertainty.
I'm currently 600 miles north at our cabin in SW VA and will be in PA starting Saturday. I just asked the guy who takes care of things when I'm not there to batten down the hatches on Friday.
Crap! The H has now turned into an M.
Guess I won't have to run the sprinklers next week.
Well - Here's hoping that it decides to by-pass "Us" all and just goes out to sea . . .
Looks like I'm right in the crosshairs unless it changes it's mind.
And back into H.
Insurance - it's what I do.
I am the Operations Manager for 9 (going on 10 next week) locations for the agency I work for.
or the ...wheee ? Sarcasm.
Talk about some one missing in action - Really glad to see Ya' posting . . .
Where the heck have "You" been . . .
I should have remembered that . . .
GOOD LUCK - With all the new polices . . .
I hate to point this out, but that's only after it gets over land. Land always weakens them. They get their energy from the warm ocean water.
Correct. But I like the H they are now showing over land better than than the M in the same area earlier.
Of course it's all speculation right now. We really don't know what will happen until it gets closer.
11 PM Report shows minor changes, but not really that much since 5 PM . . .
I swore I was going to do some mixing this weekend; still waiting for a BCF discount email.
Looks like her motion is slowing down and the predicted landfall is moving slightly to the south, around Vero Beach or Fort Pierce. But the whole east coast of FL is still within the cone of uncertainty.
