I pretty much have a DF, CAT rotation these days. Inbetween, it's DD Watermelon, Tuscan Cocoa, and Sludge (though I only do rarely since I don't have much).

I need to get back to DF. I've been switching between HA and Shadow waiting for my DF to finish steeping, which isn't a hardship by any means. A couple more days and it will be at the three week mark.

I never saw enough of a difference between 1-week old DF and 3-week old DF to warrant torturing myself waiting the three weeks. But nowadays, I have so much DF on hand that steeping is never an issue.
