The little bit of liquid might of been the difference. I could see dry being an issue.

I had to actually push the cork itself into the bottle. Just sliding the bottle up did not seat it.
Yep, it was dry. I don't think the mod had seen any liquid at that point, and the bottle was new/unused.

Will this mod take standard "old school" 510 atties?
As long as they're "bottom-fed" and make contact. The 510 isn't adjustable as far as I can tell....

Edit: you mean real deal atomizers? Cisco? Yes but, there's no catch cup...

Just tried an old vapage atty I had. Worked fine. What a ridiculously tight draw though. Still give great flavor.

I tried moving the cap every which way to no avail. I even put a battery with 3.90 mah on it helped a little. What do you folks think the coil g is? 26? maybe a28/29 g would help? I would like to run at about one ohm ANYWAY which should cool it a good bit? I really love the 'drip box' as the flavor/form factor is great. Thanks folks for our help. I am at wits end as I just was using 2 other tanks from kanger (aero/pro3) I stopped the leaking/gurgling and the flavor was muted. This little dripbox was gonna be the fix. I still think it will be. It needs a little imagination which at my age I may be a little short of HEEEEELLLLPPPPP

Thanks so much for checking that out for me!

Stock coil is 24g

I'd try 2.5mm 8 wraps of 26 or 24 dual obviously. Build one side, tighten, raise coil to height of air inlets, trim legs, and remove. Do same on other side. Loosen, insert previous coil. Align and tighten.

Align top cap. Enjoy. I like the airflow half way with stock rda.

Just got mine. I am trying the factory atty/wicking setup. MAN, does this thing make clouds or what?!?! -Like a freight train.
-Its too much for me. I need to build my "normal" .45 ohm setup and then I am going to work on machining down this atty's chamber volume and making a 510 driptip fit. I also smiled when I saw that my latest home-brewed mod is shorter in height than the DripBox; the width/thickness are almost identical.

Edit: Forgot to mention- Nothing wrong with how this guy feeds juice. Hardly different than my other bottom feeders. :thumb::thumb::thumb:

Anyone else have 3 click instead of 5?

Appears I do have 5 click. The length of time between clicks is long enough that some clicks to verify it is on or off counted.

Now I did have to push the "cork"into the bottle but, nothing crazy. Tight seal I believe.

My finger thanks you, just put one in and am headed out to job sites to give it a spin.

had my black dripbox for one day.... 3 issues----

1- dont like the stock coils...gonna do a higher build

2- my charging light doesnt go green when the battery is fully charged

3- my dripbox fell onto a thick carpet floor from about a foot up....the thin aluminium bar across the bottom of the bottle bent up...ive straightened it back and lost the paint off it.... this should be stronger kanger...alot of people are gonna snap this bit off when they drop it onto concrete etc.....

I didn't even bother with the included atty since I am MTL. I was wondering about that little bottle cover getting bent or lost, haven't dropped it yet.....knock.....knock. So far so good with the Italian bottle but just 1/2 bottle used so far. Gotta get back at it now.....carry on.

Well, that sucks. Guess they should have moved the squonk hole up 1/4" or so.

Got a little over 1/2 of a full Italian bottle and lost the seal as evidenced by quiet farting noises and air bubbles returning in the bottle from the feed tube. Pushed the bottle back fully on the stopper and it seems to be working again.

yep moving the squonk hole up would have been better.... im normally very careful with my vape gear and when i dropped it...it was such a little fall that i put it away and didnt dream that it would bend like that...until I looked at it later and thought "come on Kanger you release a brilliant bit of kit" but use aluminium on the bottom about 2mm wide?? so be careful.... and when you say "italian bottle" which do you mean?? yes im a newbie squonker but really loving the flavour and simplicity..... and am probably gonna sell my normal vape gear to go fully squonk..... hehe.... :)

So there's enough room up top for the cork to squeeze out..
