So after playing awhile whit my white box there are couple of things coming into mind, Kanger, take notes.
That batteryadjuster needs to go, with my batteries (Samsung "Smurf" 25R) mod wobbles a lot.
Overall this is a damn good newbie squonker, works fine and with the added safety features chances are they won't be blowing their lil fingers by doing sumthing "cool".
Squonking works well, both with the atty it comes with and other bf-atties too.
Also the atty works fine with my Steam Creave squonker.
Too weak vape for me liking, the atty is HUGE and dual .2ish doesn't really work that well with single 18650.
Need a smaller atty or new cap for a single coil mtl-vape.
Also having other than .2 dual decks (pancakes) would be nice, like 1 ohm single with mtl-cap.
All in all this far exceeds what I was excpecting and makes an excellent first squonker.

I don't follow? Are you unable to adjust the cap on yours?

Cap is two separate parts. Outer threads screw into the mod and inner portion turns independently to tighten and adjust to battery length. If your battery is wobbling then tighten it...

I vaped it down to about 3/16 of a full Italian bottle where the squonk was getting pretty labored. Didn't loose seal again. Looking up inside the bottle area there is a recess that the stock bottle flange goes into about 3/8" that probably stabilizes the bottle and helps keep from loosing the seal. Since the Italian bottle has threads on the OD it does not go up inside this recess. Also, the OD of the Italian bottle is slightly less than the stock one so there is a little bit of slop behind and on the sides of the bottle hole so it deflects as a whole slightly with each squonk. Both of these probably lead to my loss of seal partway through the bottle. I don't think the stock bottle is LDPE (Maybe HDPE or PET?) or else I would try melding the top of a stock bottle with the body of an Italian one. HG2 was at 3.652V and I only felt a slight drop off in performance with a 0.7 ohm coil in a modified Triangle (DIY RM2). I went ahead and put the supplied USB cable in a USB slot of the computer and will let it charge just to check out that function. That will probably be the only time as I normally charge with my 6 bay XTAR. Darn, I didn't check the voltage at the coil with the partial battery............ HG2 is at 3.771V now with 3.561V at the coil. Got to get back to what pays the bills now.

Nice report AM. That's where my cutoff is as well. 3.7. I like that there's no contact maintenance.

I'm so scarred from regulated/electronic devices failing on me that I still haven't left the house with mine. Just don't trust them. I'd have to bring backup and most mornings I'm too rushed to consider.

Yes, but the part you adjust the rattle came way too much out from the cap for the mod to stand straight.

I usually carry a mech as my ADV and I still don't go anywhere off my property without a backup.

Could you post a picture?
25r are flattops right?

If it's a normal sized battery I don't see what's going on. I thought the battery cap design was/is very well thought out...

Don't want to crank it all way in since it is making contact and doesn't rattle.

That's really strange. Mine doesn't go past the bottom.

Just picked one of these babies today and I have to say it is really nice. It's my first squonker and the fact that it's regulated is a bonus for me. Only thing I'm not happy about is the threading on the battery cap. It could definitely be smoother. But I'm sure after a little while it will break in.

I'm also not too crazy about the coils. The concept is amazing and the convenience is great, but I am probably going to end up replacing the coils with my own wire and cotton. The posts are tiny so I probably can't do parallel or thick gauge wire.

One question... Is this mod compatible with other bf attys? It says it isn't but it is probably means non bf ones only.

I tried a Graal, an Hstone Plus+, a Nuppin', and an DIY RM2 clone and all those worked on it. There is something one should watch out for though. The 510 center pin in the mod is pretty wide so make sure the 510 center pin in the atty sticks out further than the end of the 510 or there is the distinct possibility of a short.

It has chips that protect the battery and it's regulated to 60w
No regulation of any sort. It does have reverse polarity, 5 click, and at some point around 0.1 ohm or less it will protect against a direct short.

Technically yes & no, your point is taken about chips & some regulation but similar to a mech (unregulated mod) the build is what determines the output wattage so it decreases with battery use. It's the same but different in other words since it doesn't output a constant 60w & if you build higher than .2 it won't output 60w.
