What is the bridge for? What is it supposed to do?

it is the cart's bridge to the wick... meaning it offers an assist for the juice in the cart to make it down to the wick and in turn to the element....

That is why if you so choose to take the bridge out you are sealing the atty's fate to be a "dripping only" atty.

Thought I would add this.
Using 510 attys. Sometimes I may have dripped too soon or for whatever reason I get the gurgles coming from the atty when I hit it. I get taste but no or very very little vapor.
In thats case I remove atty and give just 1 or two quick little whistle toots blowwing excess juice into a tissue and replace and on first hit I get a nice big cloud, all starts working as it should after that.

Forgive me for asking, but I can't seem to find it here using the search. Is there a guide somewhere (maybe even photo or video) that shows a complete beginner how to drip? And/or how to fill properly? My Joye 510 Mega manual arrives very soon.

Thanks for the help!
