Dripping and Atty's

I have been vaping about a month or so and I love to drip. My question is about the atty's, I love a big throat hit and do not now what to use. I have menthol and vape at right around 4.5 to 4.8 on my VV and have a 2.5 atty on there. What is low resistance and the difference say a 3.0 or 2.0 or dual coil. These things are confusing. What atty should I use to get the biggest hit? I do not want to burn them out every other day but I do want to know what I can use.
