Oh boy. You picked a bit tough way to go. That is an RDA. Did it come with the wicks in? First I would rinse it out good. If it is already built you just pull off the top and drip in a few drops of juice in it until the bottom has a small amount and the wicks are saturated. put your drops on the wick and as soon as you see fluid build up off of the wicks stop. If it is not you need to go on youtube and look up how to rebuild an RDA. They have one for the IGO-L which is close enough for you to get the idea.

Hmmm.. Not sure why you would order something before you understand it but it appears to be a 3.4 Ohm atty with a drip tip. If it works like a standard atty, attach it to a battery a squeeze a couple drops into the tip of the mouthpiece, then enjoy. Repeat as desired.

Your better off pulling the whole top of when you fill it so you can see how much is in there.

the wicks in this suck, toss em right away lol, if you try to use them your first thought will be "gahh thats nasty, dripping sux!"

but yes this is a rebuildable, I have two and they rock, it is designed for dual wicks but one is fine.

if you need help rebuilding it or want to learn about this stuff start hanging out in the RBA subforum.
in the end it is not hard, you take some wick hold it with a paperclip to keep it stiff, wrap the wire then attach it to the center post and one of the side posts through the little holes. pull out the paperclip and adjust your coils, check your resistance, pop the top on with the airhole facing the wick and drip away.
