For dripping, even if you are doing basic 510 atty, what battery voltage/wattage do you use? What mix of juice do you use? Is there a mix that is best for it or is it personal preference?
One of the great things about dripping, is that you only use a few drops at a time, and so you can get to try out lots of different juices and see which ones you like best. When I'm in the mood for dripping, I get out my 510 atty and just put in whatever juices I have on hand.

High VG juice is great, seldom do I go above 25 watts, but many folks do. Personal flavor preference.

But- you can vape a dripper at much less watts, depending on your device, battery, coil.

A 510 dripper atty is no different from any other atty as far as voltage/wattage or juice is concerned. I used to use one on a little eGo, then an eGo Spinner. I'd just play with the voltage/wattage of your device and see what you like. Some of that is also going to depend on the juice. No two juices are created equally, and some like a little more heat than others. The only thing to keep in mind with the juice side of things is that higher VG gives you thicker/denser clouds, higher PG typically gives better flavor.
