It's probably OK. The tube is just a case for the battery and switch inside and a threaded mount for the atty connector.
Now would be the time to try an eGo or Riva battery to replace that 510 with a dent. Even the 650mah eGo would give you about 3 times the life between charges. For a few dollars more you could spring for the 1000mah eGo batt (3.4v) or the 1100mah eGo batt (3.7v) and experience higher voltage
vaping with more taste and vapor.
I'd go for the 1100mah eGo batt at a little over $20.
madvapes has them for $19.99. Once you vape all day on a charge, you will want another for backup. They take about 3 hours to charge. Some Boge 2.0 cartos would be a good match for the battery. Your 510 atomizers will fit. You will probably want an eGo cone to dress up the difference between the diameter of the atomizer or carto and the larger eGo batt. The cone makes for a nice appearance and protects the carto barrel.
