I was sitting on the toilet seat vaping. Then I needed to blow my nose, so I grabbed some tissue and then flopped! My e-cig slipped off my fingers and fell into the toilet. I quickly grabbed my e-cig, hoping it won't get damaged if I pick it up on time before it get soaked. Threw away the carto, stick in a new one and luckily the battery still works, lol.

Just wanted to share my dumb e-cigs experience for the weekend.

Glad a BROWN Trout wasnt swiming that day....................................LMAO

Do you people not realize that every time you flush a toilet it sprays a fine mist of toilet water all over the bathroom? You are putting that thing in your mouth after spraying it with dirty toilet water. That just grosses me out.

So that means YOU are getting covered with a fine mist of toilet water too! Do you shower after each flush?

So what I do is get as far out of the bathroom as I can, then I use a twenty foot pole to flush the toilet. Once I flush, I immediately DROP the pole and dive under the bed. Then I wait and wait until I think the "mist" has settled. After I crawl out from under the bed, I sanitize my twenty foot pole for the next use.

I just simply don't put anything I plan on putting in my mouth where said spray can deposit bacteria that is known to cause disease. This is why we wash our hands and put the toilet lid down.

Seriously, people eat in the room with a tiolet? I really don't ask my friends, but have never heard of anyone doing that. Of course, I know someone who always claims they get food poisoning so perhaps I should ask them if they do this? NASTY!

But...that fine mist gets on your mouth, body, hands, towel, sink, tub, etc regardless. The bacteria to cause disease tend to be from other folks who have em, not yourself, otherwise you'd already have the disease and it's kind of pointless to worry by then. The bacteria coming out of you (urine is sterile btw) are pretty harmless in small quantities and don't survive outside of the body for very long, unless left in festering piles (that's why we flush). I dono, humans managed to get by just fine up until these studies. To each their own is what I says (just because I don't agree doesn't mean I don't understand).

Someone who always claims to get food poisoning is just that, claiming. Change in diet will probably make em right as rain.

I think people are joking, I doubt anyone was actually eating a PBJ in the bathroom!!!

Lighten up...

If I lived alone perhaps I wouldn't care. As it is, we don't carry food into the bathroom. If I caught one of my kids doing it, I would be horrified. We always shut the lid before flushing to prevent said contamination. That is what the lid is for. And if the lid is down, how the hell are these people dropping things into the commode?

And if people are bringing food into the bathroom, all those lovely bacteria from other people would spray up and onto it if they failed to close the lid. Depending on the virulence of said organism, a very small amount can cause and infection. E. coli is one.
