Dual airholes for single coil?

You can. It won't be the best vape you can get from that rda, but it won't be all that bad. I've had a coil go on me in a Trident with dual 0.1" (a bit smaller than yours) air holes. One coil at around 1 ohm did surprisingly well but noticeably worse than two of them. Yes, match up the one hole. You'll see the difference immediately when you put a finger on the other air hole.
