Dual coil on a Genesis Maxi?

Hey All,

Is there a guide on how to setup a dual coil on a genesis? Im using a maxi and would love to give this a try. Any advice or feedback is very much appreciated!

you would need a second hole for a second mesh wick.

but with one its impossible

What's the resistance on that setup?

it is not even my setup, I borrowed the pic from uk forum. I prefer kicked single coil.
I have run DC on my Line like this pic shows at 1.5 to 2.5 ohms and it works great,
you can even twist the coils as some users have done, claims tend to short less but it tends to gunk up faster, I cannot say for sure as I have never tried this.

That doesn't really count, you are still covering the exact same 'vaporization' area, still drawing liquid from a single source.

If look at the smok DCC.

Double the 'vaporization' area and the liquid is being draw from two different locations/sources.

Here's a video where they show how to make a dual coil for an Ody, it should work on mesh same as wick:

If you're using Kanthal if you heat it red a couple times like you do the mesh, it bends easier and doesn't want to spring back like it normally does. Should make it easier to wrap the dually in tight space.
