I would love to purchase Steel from you!
Any chance you'll be doing those in a non-plastic version? I love the idea of being able to see what's left, not so in love with the idea of the plastic breaking off and leaking fluid all over the place, as has happened with every clearomizer I've tried.

It would be nice if someone made a dual coil that wasn't LR. I have been using LR only to find out and I am now wheezing again at night and coughing up stuff in the morning. I feel just like I did when I was a smoker so I know this LR stuff isn't for me. I talked to another person that had to stop because it was causing sores on the roof of their mouth.

i agree with 5cardstud a higher ohm dual coil is where its at. right now im gettin a ton of heat but soso vapor and thats what i want is vapor. the heat is great if your looking for a more analog exeprince but for me its clouding the room with ikvs lr 901 they get warm but not throat burning hot.
also not addressed is the fact that newer vv mods just wont fire them past the 3.7 area. On my VMU bloodmoon it wont go past 3.8 volts. after that it just clicks on then right off. so idk.
higher ohm as i like a lot of vapor and cooler vape.

Shout out to 5card for sending me a DC free of charge to try and he was right they dont be the Goldv2 cartos ikv carrys at all. i can always just increase voltage with those to get more heat. but they vape better longer and stronger from my comparison

7 to 8 wats is where its at IMHO.

See, I am the total opposite, I think I like these so much because of the crazy throat hit and a bit warmer vapor. I am a throat hit fiend and I dont care about the vapor half as much. Its been mentioned many times, but it is so great to have so many options because everyone vapes differently and prefers different vapes. I do agree though, that it would be great to get these made in a higher ohm, that way they would last longer at hv and in turn would fire at higher voltages on vv devices.

Hey switch would you be able to tell me what watts I am running at with e 1.25 dual coils(two 2.5ohm coils) at 4volts?

The problem I have with these LR Dual coils is if you use them at a lower setting you get good flavor but little vapor. If you crank them up to get vapor then it's to hot and my throat reacts like when I smoked. That's what I love about Fusions. I get a warm mellow hit, Great vapor, good throat hit and excellent taste. To me Ikenvapes cartomizers have made want a be's out of all the other cartomizers and the dual coil isn't even in the running. There is hope though, Ikenvape is joining the DC arena and he hasn't missed yet.

I do agree with AtavanH though, Cartomizers aren't a one size fits all device and neither is vaping.
Here is a calculator for Ohms, Watts etc. Ata: http://www.ohmslawcalculator.com/ohms_law_calculator.php

thanks for the calculator 5card, turns out I am running at about 10 or 11watts unless there is some kind of weird math because of the dual coils. Anyways I am pumped that ikv is in the dual game.

Thee math does get weird and you can't really calculate it for heat without knowing the characteristics of the metal used for the coil wire. Because it's dual coil, you're not getting anywhere close to what 10-11 watts would be on a single coil. I'm also using between 10 and 11 watts on the dual coils I have, but I usually run around 7-8 watts, and the vapor I get is much cooler than what I usually get when I'm using a single coil setup.

Iken DC's will be great... I don't imagine they will do anything to get around the technology that Provari uses that puts a damper on DC use?

From what i have read, you need a VV - HV device that won't shut off when LR is detected.

My vari don't shut off with DC use them all the time on 2 varis i can only go as high as 4.4 volt but thats out the atty i can't see how anyone would want it hotter.I use IKN HV attys for dripping when at home dc when out at 3.9 to 4.1.

Well this is from a guy that is not an LR lover but this 1.6...Actually it metered at 1.5 is...let me put it this way, he did it again. This is an amazing cartomizer. I am using it at a straight up 4.0 Volts and the throat hit is great, the vapor is great(as per Ikenvape norm), and the taste is great too. It really has a nice warm mellow ,not hot, feel to it. I really liked the clear tubes, it let me see exactly when it was full instead of either too little or over filling. I used 50 drops and that seemed perfect. The tubes don't seem to be that thin flimsy plastic that has been used on other cartos but a firmer feel to it and there isn't any slip between the tube and the battery connector. The draw is also perfect for me. Finally I can say I have found a clear cartomizer I really like and an LR that is working very, very nice for me. I have to give you an A++ on this one Isaac.

Hooray! 5card is on the dualie wagon. I am glad you give them a thumbs up, I cant wait to try them out. I am sure you will but let us know if you find that they burn at all, I have not got any burnt taste on the dual coils that I have. Just to vbe clear I do not have ikv dual coils yet. Cant wait to hear your full review!

well, I'm an Iken Fusion 801 2.5 Ohm on my Vari right now, and at 3.6v, it's making me rethink my dislike for cartos! wow, clean taste, tons of vapor!

Hey if i never get the DC's to work on it, I'll be happy with the Fusion...

At 3.7 to .9 or so, on my Vari, with the MadVapes DC's, I'm getting a warmer, crackly vape... i like cool, and the Fusion is more smooth with lots of vapor...

but hell, i'll get some Iken DC's when available (the Fusions are out of stock now btw) ... it takes me a few attempts to get things right anyeay.
