i recently got some dcc 1.5 ohm smoketeck brand. and it seems like the longer i vape, like if i take 3 or 4 hits back to back the vapor ammount and flavor will deminish untill the cartos cool off. which after 3 or 4 good size hits tend to get fairly warm.
has anyone else had this problem. also im vaping these on a kgo. would i be better off with the single coils?

In my opinion, the great hits and then the deminishing is standard for any filler based carto, even the DCC's - although the bigger ones it seems less so. It's the nature of the beast - the coil sucks up the ejuice around it and then the wicking has to take place. I think because of the proximity of coil to filler - it's worse with cartos than it is with attys/cartridges where, the better ones, have the steel mesh to hold ejuice while the filler in the cartridge wicks...

One vet who knows as much about the different cartos available than almost anyone here - Katya - prefers the single coil over the dual, but the basics still apply - keep the filler wet to just before flooding and things will go better for you. I go with 'at the first sign of a loss in flavor, refill' - going past that point, with cartos esp. will end up with burnt filler or 'sock' and you can then just throw it away because that doesn't 'wash out', and every drag will have a trace of the burn.
