I like the way they just work, very low maintenance. I haven't been using them long enough yet to gauge how long they really last, but so far they are performing well.

I find they are far from silent in operation so maybe not ideal for all situations, but a few of these and a few batteries would make for a nice hassle-free kit to carry around.

I've been filling blank cartomisers with favourite liquids, plus have some tobacco 18mg ones that I have been refilling. Washing them in warm water then blowing them dry seems to work fine for removing previous tastes I'm not keen on.

Vapour with EcoPure is very good (even more so if the cartomiser is allowed to heat for several seconds).

I find the vapour too warm on cartys at 6v although I am told it's much improved with this new special battery / voltage regulator thingy that Sakis and Thanos are working on.

I refill mine from the mouth end by popping off the two caps and saturating (but not soaking) the filler.

Having said this - I find refilling these rather annoying and more than a bit boring, so I haven't refilled any for ages - just chucked the spent ones in a box, ready to refill later (I may get round to it eventually I guess )

And yes the flavour is fab - even better than a 901.

They are noisy though.............

I was going to order some but I don't want anything noisy. Maybe they aren't for me.

Its improved!!!! I vape for a week now on the same cartomizer (with refilling from the bottom / connector vent) and I have to take a really long suck on it to start feel hot! But then again the throat kick is amazing compared to simple low voltage 3.7 that has little or no kick.

I have been using them at 5v for about a week each. The vapor and flavor start to diminish and they get tossed into the emergency bin. I think that box has over a hundred in there..lol... They all still work just not that great. I was using them for driving and for times I just could not drip. But like others said it is easy to top them off through the battery end with 5 or 6 drops.

They are also great with the Slim. Makes for a real small device that is easy to conceal.

So to put it short I get about a weeks worth of occasional use. Not all day every day. That is what the AFS is for... lol...

yes, those long sucks can get it feeling really hot ---

but if you blow it softly it can cool down a little bit,

so you can go again without blowing your atty -----:hubba:

So how long do you get out of one without having to drip or refill?

That is kinda hard to tell. I have a hard time watching the time but if I had to guess I would say moderate vaping on a carto I get about two hours and then it needs topping up. But again that is easily done through the battery hole with 5-6 drops. good to go again for an hour or two. I used one today at work and I filled it at lunch time with 15 drops. Then a few when it gets that dry taste.

I get maybe 2 hours out with moderate vaping, less when chain-vaping.

People have reported getting about 4 hours out of a carty with moderate vaping,

about 2 hours is normal for me --- I never have the dam thing out of my mouth ----------

I believe Di means removing the filter cart and gently blowing on the exposed atty bridge to help circulate the vapor and help the fluids flow... Poosh the Booton !!!

Me neither, until my Creator battery died (I'd just bought one and a pack of Cartomisers as a spearmint).

I'd always avoided rounded mouthpieces because they were unsafe gripped between my teeth, but the plasticky labels on the Cartomiser gave a slight cushion to sink into :)

To be fair to Toby I haven't ordered any more because I've been plagued with the worst postal strikes backlog in the country, one consignment of 901 atties already got totally lost (he kindly replaced them) so I'm just ticking over :(

My Carts lasted about 4-5 days with the Creator (chain vaping), I refilled them by popping out the caps. Although fiddly, it was much less bothersome than dripping into a 901 every 10 puffs or so

BTW, I found the Cartomiser too short to use comfortably with a Nano, SD or PT Passthru - and I can't remember which was what, but it wouldn't work at all with some of them, including a Mini 901 battery.

scylla :)
