I am having the same problem this morning, and I know it's not my speakers... did you ever figure out what the problem was/is?? (I tried the stuff they said in their Help/FAQ's)

you both sure it's not your pc? also, sometimes youboob get kerfluffled when you change audio settings. close your browser, then go back on-line, all should be well.
