Hello Karen! I was impressed with your thoughts about the 12 hour battery e-cig that you recently got. I was about to order it last night but I do not see any refill cartridges - what are you using??? I did send an e-mail regarding this but have not heard back from her. Thanks for any info and is it still working well?

So far, I've been using e-liq to refresh the cartridges.
I am too, but I do really like the flavor it comes with. It's Menthol, and it's very sweet, almost pepperminty. I hardly taste the tobacco at all.

How are you refilling them, BTW? I'm using a syringe, but that's not a solution for out and about. I carry a dropper bottle with me, but I can't drip it onto the cartridge without getting liquid all over the mouthpiece, and thence to my mouth. :p :p And the atomizer doesn't have the usual cylinder around it, so dripping is difficult and messy.

If this is the mini-cig that is the same as the Yentl, then it has an open atomizer, as you said; but it's easy to drip actually. Just holdthe bottle upside down until a drop has formed, but not fallen yet. Before it falls off, touch the steelwool-bridge on the top part of the atomizer, and your drop goes right into it. Not too many drops for this small device though: 2 or 3 are usually enough (except right after cleaning when it's very dry, then it needs a few more; but give it time inbetween to transport the first drops before giving a few more then).

Also, if you want to fill the cartridge, you could try this (should work if the model is indeed the same as Yentl): take one of those big sturdy paperclips (those almost fingersized ones) and bend it open. Then push the wire into the hole at the top of the cartridge (through which you breathe) and push firmly. The small cartridge will now pop out - you can easily fill it now - then push it back in using the plug that closed off the cartridge when new.

Hope these things work for you :)

Save the little orange cap covers. That's what I use to help me refill. What I do is put a couple of drops on the orange cover and then put the cartridge back on it. Let the cartridge sit upright on the cap for a few minutes. (Do not sit upright with mouthpiece down because you will end up getting some liq. when you use it.) Then I repeat the process. It has worked well for me. Before I use a recharged cartridge, I blow in it a couple of times first.

As far as the atomizer, I just barely touch the steel wool bridge on the atomizer with about a half drop of e-liq. That does the trick.
