Nate is right... that message is a either really REALLY poorly written or (I think more likely) your last chance to cut your losses and let the natural tide takes its course instead of promoting e-cigs.

Fred and Nate both touch on something kinda sad if you think about it... if anybody out there was looking to quit and came across either this thread at ECF or the whole Q board.. they'd just grab another pack of analogs and say "Screw that man! Look how unhappy all those people are!"..

Meh...I pretty much stayed out of the egg tossing, so my face is egg-free, lol! 
I don't think I really even responded when I was attacked a few times. I definitely wasn't rude to anyone when I responded. I feel like there were quite a few of us who represented well and have nothing to be ashamed of!

When Fred created the subforums he did say the focus was on the smoking... The debate then shifted from eCigs are bad to nicotine is bad... We all know how well that worked.
Everyone has a breaking point. There were really only a couple of times I wanted to jump in and tell an e-cigarette person to .... already! LOL! (You weren't one of them!!)

Im not sure what opinion to have...evidently, fred dont like me, because Im not welcome back..and Im ok with it..I dont care for the people he associates with, and birds of a feather, etc. He is after all the leader of the board. They have followed HIS leadership, or lack thereof. But seeing him just watch, and tap his people on the hand, and throw the book at myself...well, I would logically think a few others would be out alongside me, from their side. So he is a bit biased in his thinking, and actions, and Im convinced he always will be. If you all were to stay, Id suggest just reporting every post that was outta line, when you see pitchforks, just announce it, and hopefully, he'll get on his people like he has us just cause he gets tired of it all. But they do need to stay in their section, and quite poking noses in e cig side with that nicodemon crap. But I suspect he was watching all along, and just allowing it all UNTIL we started to fight back. He would have left ALL alone, had we just tucked our tails and took the lashings. The CT side would never have seen any punishments for any dirty posts, ever. Come on, 2 weeks ish...gimma a break. He has a hidden agenda, I just cant tell what. But any forum mod would have called foul as soon as "a** whip" and the like, FIRST came out. And they came out over a week ago.

AFAIK, Fred is the ONLY mod over there. It has to be a bit overwhelming for him to moderate everything that goes on, even if it is a smaller forum. I don't know if he banned any of the long term members, but it is they who drive traffic to the site. Banning them would be shooting himself in the foot (or head depending on how the others felt about the ban). I can't help but feel that if such discussions were occurring here, the mods would nip it in the bud long before it got to the level it did at QSMB.
