Honestly, for me, you're give it more power then it should have when you turn it into an evil scary monster and call yourselves junkies. If that works for you, well then I guess to each his own. For me, cigarette smoking is a nasty terrible habit that should be quit. BUT it's not some demon that I have to battle in order to quit, nor am I a junkie who needs to remember that every day less I relapse. To me, that's starting with a defeatist attitude before you even get out of the gate. I believe in the power of positive thinking. There is no power in negative thinking.
