I've wondered if the sleeplessness has anything to do with the extra energy we're supposed to get from quitting smoking. It would be my luck to have it kick in when I'm trying to sleep instead of when I'm doing laundry...
my dreams have gotten crazy since i started vaping.. allot more vivid, havent had dreams like these since i was locked up. but i've had sleeping problems on and off since i was about 6 or 7 so i can't blame vaping on that one lol
If you are lucky that's what you'll get with ambien. My mother uses it and never suffered from anything more than some questionable late night infomercial purchases that she had to cancel the next morning. I tried it and hallucinated for eight hours with the walls sliding around and woke my brother up to warn him that his bookshelf was trying to kill him, because of the way it was breathing...
When I started vaping, I had the same problem. Difficulties sleeping. I equated this to the same phenomenon, each time I had tried to stop smoking. I just had difficulties falling asleep, and had poor quality rest once I finally snoozed.
I discovered that by increasing the nic concentration before going to bed, the problem went away .
if i am chain vaping i do have a little bit of trouble getting to sleep but i do sleep during the day sence i work the midnight shift so that could contribute to it i sopose
