Thanks again everyone, Should I be worried about any health issues?
In the Big Picture of things? No. As you have found out once you discover a problem it's not like you could continue to use a damaged clearo for weeks on end. You can't, especially if it starts leaking due to the damage.
From what I recall a chemist explained here that while the plastic itself is falling apart it's not changing into something that can create an e-liquid/plastic vaping mixture in the process. You would have to dig around ECF - most likely in that thread I referred you to - to read more about that.
And in the greater scheme of all that very unhealthy stuff some of us inhaled for decades when smoking...
I'm not concerned about it. Happened to me once. Caught it, stopped it - never used a plastic clearo again. I really liked that Kanger T3s too.

But even with me doing my diligence and checking for "tank cracker" liquids one got past me and the place making it. Since you can't even be 100% certain you won't have a problem even when you are checking... I just gave up and moved to glass only clearos and other tanks after that. Then you never have to think about it.
