So heres my dilemma.
i just spent an hour and a half going through mad vapes reading all the reviews, carefully choosing what i want, and bam no shipping to Canada.
i have gotten some from HG before,
but im looking to try other sites that arent as expensive ( the ones that do ship to canada 30ml bottles are around $22.00 - $25.00)

i like madvapes because of all the reviews under each, and the site was better structured then most others.

i guess im looking for some usa sites, seeing as how i ordered from china sites already.

and the ones i did come across from china seemed to all have thesame thing =\

little help?

Not sure it will help, but what about the classifieds? A lot of us will ship to Canada. Shipping is expensive though. It starts at $5.80 and goes up for each ounce...Plus we have to fill out the declaration form. ITs easy, but a PIA.

I cant help but wonder if there isnt a re-shipper in business? Like someone with a mass PO box that just charges postage plus asmall fee? Worth checking?

There's absolutely no need to look outside Canada to get your juice unless there's a particular type that you want, as in Backwoods Brew or Freedom Smoke USA. Those 2 both ship to Canada though and almost always without any trouble. However as someone said you will get your juice faster from a Canadian supplier, and there are many who have quality juice,

Those that won't ship to Canada are simply following the Canada law ..

Not quite. Canada has no regulation regarding hardware. The juice, however, hasn’t received market authorization, and therefore customs may return the shipment.

There’s no law that says you must not ship e-cig related products into our country. Vendors that do not ship to Canada are likely just frustrated by the amount of shipments being returned by customs. Not because they are afraid of some non-existent law.

Liquid is what I am referring to .. I have provided startup money in 4 e-cig on line ventures and we have curtailed all Canadian shipments due to the Customs problems .. customers blame the vendor, expect free replacements, stop credit card payments .. etc .. even though the vendor is not at fault .. for a law to be non-existant, it seems to be enforced ..

It's a tricky situation. Health Canada has decreed ejuice to be a schedule F drug, even though it arguably conforms to its list of exemptions. Specifically, the one dealing with nicotine inhaler devices. For this reason, it has not granted market authorization for the sale or importation of ejuice by means of the Food and Drug Act.

When you say international vendors are following the law, it's technically inaccurate because there is no Canadian law that international vendors must abide by. It is the person importing the product that is bound by Canadian Laws.

Moreover, domestic sale is a gray area. We have many Canadian vendors selling ejuice w/nic online. These aren't covert criminal organizations. They are selling it openly and within our borders. I imagine it is considered a gray area because many believe ejuice to conform to the exemptions to nicotine being a Schedule F drug. Health Canada has declared it doesn't, and has instructed customs to not allow importation. Really it needs to be challenged in a court room.

Now I don't mean to argue with you for the sake of arguing... nor do I mean to say that vendors should ship to Canada. It's their choice and I completely understand the frustration you would have to endure. It's just that considering the current climate in Canada, I don't like it when people say "ecigs are illegal/banned/prohibited" or even ejuice. Mainly because it gives the impression that it's illegal to vape, and it couldn't be further from the truth.

The bottom line is that Health Canada considers ejuice to be a Schedule F drug, which restricts importation and sale. It does not, however, make it illegal to own or to buy. In fact, when arriving to Canada from abroad, you can even bring it in for personal use:

"Individuals, including Canadian residents, arriving in Canada from abroad are usually permitted to import a single-treatment size or a three-month supply of a Schedule F drug for their personal use"
D19-9-1 - Importation of Human-Use Drugs

As you can see, it's a confusing topic and it's not adequately summarized by saying nic-juice is illegal.

With that being said, Hardware has indeed been confiscated off your person while driving through a border along with the mail. Just ask Mopar, he will fill you in on that one! There are permium ejuices being sold at amazing estores here in Canada. I highly recommend Maple Leaf Vapes dot com, jugheads dot co, Juicyclear dot com and flavour crafters dot biz for Canadian made juices.

As I mentioned, we curtailed shipments due to monetary losses .. we would love to ship to Canada, however, at this time, it's simply too risky .. and as I said, the customer blames the vendor for any delivery issues .. no matter what technical spin you put on it, Canadian Customs is ready, willing and able to curtail the goods .. and they are .. that, whether technical or not, is the defacto standard .. thus the risk ..
