Some U.S. vendors won't bother with shipping to Canada, although many do. It's a hassle for both the vendor and customer when an order gets sent back. With that said though there are vendors who seem to have a very high success rate in getting their juice past our customs. With those who have not, well it's best for us that they step aside, as we don't want the hassle either :p

Like the man said though, if you don't want to risk having your order sent back, then you can deal with one of many Canadian vendors, many of which sell very high quality juice.

i only came across about 3 canadian sites and the liquid was pretty deng expensive....
i'll do some digging though.

So, this forum has classifieds ?!?!??!
thats crazy, hahaha so many forum sub categories, i love it :D

but yes, it is definently becoming an obsession now... i wanna try mixing a bunch of different flavours 2 flavour 1 "cool" or winter ice or w.e

thinking 6 parts coffee, 3 parts vanilla (or french V), 1 part ice would be just like havin a deliscious ice coffee.

D19-9-1 - Importation of Human-Use Drugs

Well, this is new...I looked up your link and this is what it reads:

Nicotine and its salts (except in natural substances or when sold as a chewing gum containing not more
than the equivalent of 4 mg of nicotine per dosage unit or when sold as a transdermal patch with a
delivery rate of not more than the equivalent of 22 mg of nicotine per day)"

I don't recall ever seeing these specific inclusions before and yet, the document says "Date Modified: 1999-03-24". ?????

Are nicotine inhalers sold via prescription only?

No but all of those mentioned products have a DIN # and that is why we are left out in the cold from that thought. Although a great one :)

With that being said, Hardware has indeed been confiscated off your person while driving through a border along with the mail. Just ask Mopar, he will fill you in on that one! There are permium ejuices being sold at amazing estores here in Canada. I highly recommend Maple Leaf Vapes dot com, jugheads dot co, Juicyclear dot com and flavour crafters dot biz for Canadian made juices.

yes, and also GRBC, carrying their own e-liquid blend and Tasty Vapor supplier in Canada.

Borderline .. ?? In the US, that's called a felony ..

You call it a nicotine solution, I call it vegetable glycerine and/or flavorings... Technically we are both correct. No one would go to jail for a half truth. You'd have to prove intent I'd imagine.

Again, I'm not condoning the practice... just saying, right or wrong, that's what happens.

When an item is shipped from a US Postal facility to an outside of the USA location, the customer is asked, orally and in writing, if the contents contain anything hazardous / liquid .. etc .. there is no gray area here .. to lie is to break the law .. at least the USA law ..

I know you are not condoning the practice .. however, you continually offer "tips" of how to get it done ..

You seem to be fabricating an argument, and I don't understand why.

My sole purpose with these posts was to elaborate and inform fellow Canadians on how it works. American Vendors DO ship here, and they DO put different things on the declaration form. If an American vendor decides to lie on a declaration form, then that is their prerogative. We have no control over that as customers. We don't even know what they are going to put on the form.

I honestly don't know what you're looking for me to say. Don't... order American?

My only intent is to educate any out there on what the process is on this side of the border .. if a vendor chooses to skirt the law, then that is their choice .. but if they are reading this thread, they will at least be aware of the issues involved .. your counter posts seem to indicate that's we're in some sort of gray area, which we are not ..

I've owned / funded / run and set up mail order companies for 35 years ..

Well that means your old and crusty. I really hope that anyone in your country is aware of a felony before they commit it without you invading our quiet little space. Thanks for the lesson.

Uncle Willie, correct me if I'm wrong, and I"m sure you will, but you are talking about making a declaration for dangerous goods here, and juice would hardly qualify. If you were actually shipping such goods and you didn't declare it, that would be a felony for sure. There are no laws in the U.S. pertaining to this at all in fact, and there aren't even any Canadian ones. Even the importer, the Canadian ordering the supplies, isn't even breaking any laws, as the material is simply not permitted to be imported, and if they catch it, they will simply disallow it. You don't seem to me to have any idea what you are talking about and you aren't adding anything of value to this discussion other than blowing some clouds of vapor at us :p
