why doesn't usa just invade canada allready and make it north america, then we wouldn't be having this conversation lol

or maybe washington, idaho, bc, alberta make their own country... man I have been reading the outside too much

That already happened. Back in 1812. The US wanted to consolidate Canada into it's nation. Canada wasn't pleased.

After the American forces burned and sacked Toronto, Canadian forces invaded and sacked Washington, taking over the White House and occupying the city. The US surrendered.

Of course - that was long before Canadian soldiers knew what would happen with ecigs and energy drinks!

Well, this is new...I looked up your link and this is what it reads:

Nicotine and its salts (except in natural substances or when sold as a chewing gum containing not more
than the equivalent of 4 mg of nicotine per dosage unit or when sold as a transdermal patch with a
delivery rate of not more than the equivalent of 22 mg of nicotine per day)"

I don't recall ever seeing these specific inclusions before and yet, the document says "Date Modified: 1999-03-24". ?????

Are nicotine inhalers sold via prescription only?

The link above doesn't list Schedule F drugs or their exceptions - it's just a memorandum for customs. You can find the schedule F exclusions at: Food and Drug Regulations

Printed below:

Nicotine and its salts, for human use except:

a ) in natural substances;

b ) in the form of chewing gum containing 4 mg or less of nicotine per dosage unit;

c ) the form of a patch having a release rate of 22 mg or less of nicotine per day;

d ) a form to be administered by mouth using an inhaler releasing 4 mg or less of nicotine per dosage unit;

e ) the form of a tablet containing 4 mg or less of nicotine per dosage unit
