Houston we have a PROBLEM !

In April of this year my Domain and product names were trademarked (on my behalf ) by Hyperdrive Systems out of Portland Oregon. I will verify and be in touch.

Cheers !

And your point? You think you have a trademark on the word Elite? You, me, and 2562 other people.

It is really annoying to have a poster's posts deleted when trying to have a conversation, especially when it sounds like this deal may not be on the up and up. I understand you have the guy under review now, but geez people you are really screwing up the flow of the conversation here. Makes it pointless to even try to get any information out of him. This is not helpful to the community at all.

they removed it becuase they have not got the confirmation from paypal that I sent them their fee 2 hours ago. They killed all my posts even though I have the paypal reciept from 2 hours ago.

THis is really annoying, especially since I paid before I posted

OK, first of all, if SJ received $40 from this supplier, he would be allotted a supplier subforum. I do not see a subforum set up yet so I have contacted SJ about this. The other problem is...SJ is in the UK and even if this was paid 2 hours ago, SJ may very well have already been in bed.

But even more importantly is...we have been clamping down on suppliers health/safety claims before they are approved. The supplier rules clearly state:

We will not link to sites, or allow suppliers to post on ECF whose sites contain the following:
  • Health claims of any sort whatsoever, including:
    • quotes from medical professionals
    • comparisons to tobacco
    • words such as "safe" "healthier" "cleaner" "toxin-free" "no-carcinogens" etc.
  • Claims for smoking cessation, such as:
    • "give up tobacco" "quit smoking" etc
The above claims are both misleading to potential consumers, and also likely to cause further trouble from the regulatory agencies.

In review of your sites' FAQs, they do not appear to be in compliance with these guidelines.

Perhaps now you can see why we cannot allow further promotion of your products until we can get this straightened out.

Sorry for the confusion, but thanks for your understanding!

honestly I don't need to post links to my sites or have a sub forum. I am just here to answer questions that your members have about my products.

If you dont want to allow me to do this I am not sure how your users are to get accurate information. Again, I am not looking to advertise, but I decided to pay the $40 a month to help the site operator as I know how costs can mount. If my money and my answers to your users questions are not welcome because I put on my website that e-cigs are much safer than tobacco cigarettes then I guess rules are rules and I am not welcome. I did not however come here to "advertise".

It is accurate in terms of mg equivalent, but in a practical sense a cart will be equivalent to just 4 or 5 cigs. Perhaps you do explain that; i've not seen your website.

Apart from improved packaging (well done for that) the juice is nothing special though. I get the hardware and warranty times; I don't get the cart pices though and think people will just buy their juice elsewhere.

The Kiosks here in NC where I live have dropped prices down to around $79.99 and they have e-juice as well as pre-filled carts available. They are also available at the Kangaroo Gas Stations in the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area and probably even Cary though I rarely get to Cary. I rarely go to Raleigh, Durham, or Chapel Hill unless it's for a doctor's appointment with a specialist but when I have gone, I had DH step out to check the prices for the e-cigs at the Kangaroo Stations since I KNOW they sell them. The more affluent malls do sell the SE e-cigs for higher prices but they include more in the packages too and that makes a difference for some but if I can catch people, I tell them to go online and find this website before dropping that kind of cash because folks just can't afford those prices, even people who live in the Triangle and Cary areas. It usually pisses off the Kiosk folks but so what. They are doing nothing more than making a fortune off of people who have an addiction so to you-know-where-with-them. I'll keep breaking up their little parties. I tell them I was able to get the Janty Dura-C kit for $58 and it came with 2 batts, 2 attys (warrantied 1 atty & both batts), plus 5 carts. I've shown them my e-cig and told them that they are compatible with the Yeti, Titan, and the Joye 510 or 510 models and how they are much cheaper if you just know where to shop and how this website shows you where to shop. Our purse strings are tighter than ever. Heck, why do they think we initially moved off the stupid analogs? We couldn't afford the damn things. Then, something great happened. After using the e-cigs for a while, many of us discovered there were major health changes taking place such as loss of smoker's cough, coughing up the tar and other crap going on. Sure, there may be a few chemicals that are barely detectable but I'd take that every day of the week and twice on Sundays if that kept me off the analogs.

Just my little rant for the day. I'm stepping off my soapbox before I fall off it. :)

sorry lets do it this way - BTW this isn't being smart ... - I just love this website

www.lmgtfy.com/?q=gamucci+elite

Your Right, Very Cool Site !

Interesting ! You would think a Company such as Gamucci would have done a little better job of protecting their Brand. Looks like I have some verification to do. BTW for what it's worth, here is my spin on things. Johnson&Johnson isn't the only supplier of Air Freshner to the marketplace but I would be willing to bet the other suppliers dont use the name Glade.

Cheers !

Suppliers have to be approved here before they can discuss/advertise/promote their site. Since I do not see where you have been approved, you cannot continue on in this conversation. Again, I am awaiting SJ's response. Please refrain from further posting until we can get this resolved.

Thank you,
Lu

And just to throw in, if they perform like any others I can plan on spending twice that much to stay satisfied, upwards of $60 bucks every 10 days. I think I like my current cost of 5 to 10 bucks a "carton" in comparison. If eLight wanted to send me a kit out to prove me wrong I would be more than happy to review it and post the results, as well as how wrong I am if that is the case. Email me halfevildruid@gmail.com if you want to send one.
