I really think SE is rebranding their merchandise and trying to make new names for themselves, and I really do mean "nameS". I believe they were also at our state fair this year. There was an "OMG" brand and the boxes and signage looked very familiar (Black\Gold). I think it's their way of trying to continue business under this lawsuit.

I dunno, they've done a good job of hiding their tracks if it is SE. None of the domain registration details are the same. I'm not allowed to post URLs, so search for 'godaddy whois', and look up the domains in there.

And this deborahryba@gmail.com that's listed in the Elight registration has been used before, though not a lot. They were a past member of care2.com, which is some volunteer site. Oh, and you can do a search for "Deborah Ryba", and the first link is his facebook page. The guy in the pic looks like the guy in Elight's videos.

Anyone got access to see the rest of his fb info?

Oh, last thing. Their web site design is completely different. If you 'view source', you'll see one design uses tables, one uses CSS, and generally web developers will use one or the other in their designs. Surely SE would've used the same web developer for each site.

Note, I'm not saying Elight is legit, they seem shady as all hell. Just that nothing web-wise indicates that they're the same company.

I did a double take too seeing SJ. I don't know about you,but if the site isn't posted here and them making a buttload of "claims" how they are doing it right and everyone else is not, sounds like they are "blowing smoke up folks arses" and this does make the rest of us look bad. Everyone here KNOWS a cart does NOT equal a Pack of smokes.
The FDA points were good, and that's about it IMHO.

IMHO they are just another over priced rip off, they spring up every week.

I actually liked the video. If even one person sees it and says, maybe the FDA is just trying to scare people, it's worth it. If a companies claims aren't accurate, they're the ones who have to answer for it.

Like any product or company the only person responsible for your purchase is you. If you can Google, you're going to be just fine. There are a lot of people got a $150 education in e-cigs. My Mom was one of them. But you know what, she's a JOYE510 fan now.

I personally introduced e-cigs where I work and the word just spreads. People seek you out. There's always been crap out there and there always will be. People complain about Blu, but it gets people thinking. Hopefully so will this.

I was Luci'd. My other was in town. She bought a Luci in hopes of getting me to quit smoking. She also bought a kit for my father. Before she went back to good old WV, we went to Ruyan Direct and bought 2 510's with all the extras you could think of. With everything I needed and many a backup I still spent less on the 510's. Point is (sorry for the rant) if it werent for the Luci's I would have never even tried vaping at all. A "bad" good alternative is better than no alternative at all. A friend of mine was Blu'd and did the same thing. It could be worse they could be one of thousands of tobacco stores. God Bless the PV.

I'm about useless for model identification without getting a look at the atty. There are 2 models though from what I can tell. My 401 attys all had thicker bands though, not the recessed/exposed combo I'm getting from the pics.

I don't buy all the lab/factory photos though as I'm sure I've seen them before, just can't place. Like everything was ripped off and piece mealed together.

I don't have any problems with companies, especially those with retail locations charging more and agree about them getting more exposure for PVs.

I just get this deja vu thing from this company that makes me question them really being a "new" company. I could just get that feeling because of things they've appropriated from others. I don't know.
