Hi. Does Anyone know what thread standard e-lites use for their E-Pro 4 range of e-cigs? E.g. 510? KR808D-1? DSE901?

The reason I ask is that I have absolutely fallen in love with their PCC for this e-cig and want to get one but to use with other batteries etc.

Alternatively if anyone knows where I can get that exact PCC and ideally the docking station without the e-lites branding then that works for me too.

Thank you :)

Yeah, the site is pretty thin on real information. They're lying though about the battery lasting 6-12 mos of continual use. They neglect to mention that the nature of these small batteries is such that, as they age, after about 50 charges, they start losing capacity and need to be recharged more often. If you have 2 of them, one day you'll be watching the one in your hand going dead as you realize that the other one has only been on charge for a half hour. PANIC TIME!! Little batteries also start losing voltage fast. By the time it's half discharged, you have wimpy vapor cuz you're vaping at 3.0 volts or less.

If you go the mini-cig route, you best have at least 3 or 4 batteries on hand at any given time.

You need to contact them and ask what the thread pattern is, and what the capacity of the battery is. If it's less than 280mah, and you smoked more than a 1/2 PAD, you best get 4 or you're going to have problems I'll guarantee you. If it's about 280mah, you can get by with three. As a point of reference, I was a pretty heavy 3 PAD smoker and found myself rotating 5 or 6 of the 180mah 510 batteries during the day.

Yep, gotta agree with imsoenthused. A PV with an 1100mah battery will last longer than 4 or 5 of your Halo batteries so you won't need a PCC at all. More importantly, a bigger battery will stay at a higher voltage longer, so your vape quality will be better for longer than the combined total of 1100mah worth of little batteries. Not to mention, 4 or 5 little batteries and a PC cost way more than a kit with two 1100mah batteries.

I (the author of the thread mentioned above) really don't know whether or not they are compatible with any other models. I haven't tried yet - I don't really want to buy a 510 just to realize it doesn't fit. I am having the same problem as the OP in trying to find out what type of threads are on E-Lites' products. My suspicion is that the reason they don't say is just that they don't want you to know you could use other companies' products with their's and they want you to have to buy everything from them. It's just like how companies won't tell you that their "disposable" cartos are actually re-fillable; they want you to have to buy cartos from them all the time.

I do get excellent battery life from my E-Lites, but I haven't had these batteries for very long so we shall see how they hold up. They are guaranteed for 6 months though, which is something many manufacturer's don't do. I am vaping mine as I type and the last time I charged it was 28 hours ago. I vape pretty much all the time. I saw one review where the reviewer said her E-Lites batteries lasted her at least 4 times longer than her Joye 510's. I haven't tried the charger case yet because they accidentally forgot to send it to me (annoying), but if the reason you - Wolfeeh - have "fallen in love with it" is just because of its looks I can tell you what it looks and feels like in person because I have the same case in a non-charging form (personally I don't like the case, but that may just be a matter of taste).

Hi, I'm new here but have read through a couple threads regarding e-lites.

I've looked inside the battery (where the cartomizer is screwed) and found "K120515".
After a quick google search all it comes up with is a product code for a mouse pad...

I have recently ordered a SKY CIG starter kit (apparently the UK version of USA's Blu Cig?) and I'm going to see what kind of battery they have and if they are able to use different cartomizers (and see if the e-lite carts/batteries can be inter-changed).

Sadly DE, you aren't going to find the sky cig any better than the e-lite :(

However, I've heard that 510 cartomisers do (sort of) fit the skycig though still not sure about the e-lites. At one time, I think they where the old RN4081 threads but think they have changed them on their "newer" models.

E-lites & sky cigs are over priced & they vastly exaggerate how many real cigs their "tips" (cartos) are equivalent to :(
