Not sure I'm in the correct section but I've been looking for answers, and decided this should be the best place.

I have had my E-Power for 2 months maybe, I got extra batteries and extra chargers.
everything worked fine for awhile, then the charger didnt seem to be charging. I used the other and it chagred the battery fine. I put it in the batt case screw on the switch get it all ready to vape and nothing. I tried cleaning contacts, using the atty's that came with the kit, changed the switch and nothing, still. put in a different battery and still nothing.
is the whole set up just DEAD!!??
ANY SUGGESTIONS, COMMENTS, ADVICE , WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Doesn't sound too good...

Let's review.
Battery charged OK? You say that they are good when placed on your back-up charger.
All extra batteries charged well?

Battery in tube - flat (negative) end in first?
Take the switch - WITHOUT ATTY OR CARTO - and screw it onto the battery tube (that contains your freshly charged battery - positive 'nipple' end up.)
Does the push button flash? No? You're SOL brother - the switch is no good.
Button flashes OK? Then screw on an atty or carto - now what happens? Either all will be well or your atty/carto is what's causing the problem.

This is why every vapor should have a meter, one thing you also may want to check is that your carto/Atty is making contact properly, the connection on e-power units is different than many other 510 connections, the small round + doesnt come up to high and make good contact with many Carto/Atty's so you may want to pry it up a little with something pointy or pull your center pin out a bit on your Atty/Carto. Also make sure your spring is making good contact with the bottom of the tube, and the top of the spring is touching the - of the Batt. I changed my spring out to a copper hot spring and mine works much better now as well. Is the blue light on your button lighting up ? if not its your switch went bad if nothing else is wrong, if it is lighting up its then your Atty/Carto connection, just my 2c

Hey Y'all,

Well, finally got the HUBZ to help, everything was looking ok on the meter.

I had already cleaned the contacts, I wipe with alcohol and then from my photography days I used a trick of the trade and used a pencil eraser and cleaned the contacts with that also.

The spring suggestion was a winner!!! One of the tubes did have the spring compacted, once that was pulled up a bit it was better.

NOW,
Heres the crazy part.

I have2- switchs we will call them a and b

switch a - is ok it works on any battery contact and with any type of carto or atty I put on it, with or without an extender.

switch b- is the tricky one. It will not work unless I put the extender on, attach the carto, and then take off everything and re-attach the carto, with out the extender.

I KID YOU NOT

HUBZ was playing and playing and finally he showed me what he did.
It now works everytime, but what a PITA.

I have since marked that switch and only use in extreme need.
