Oh hey,

1st post (although I've been doing my homework for a few weeks). My first kit was a CigEasy Elite, which IMO is a fantastic PV all around. However, I just ordered a SmokTech e-Power kit from Crystal Clear vaping as well as a J-tank (Boge LR carto's) from ElectroNicStix, and I was curious if anyone has had any experience with the J-tank set-up, either on an e-Power specifically, or with a similar "fat batt" style technically non-mod device. Suggestions regarding any of the aforementioned would be premium...

The E-Power IS actually considered a mod. I use the 14650 also and I absolutely love it. Ive never used a Jtank on it tho. Personally Im not a huge fan of tanks. It is nice that they hold a lot of juice but they also dull the flavors of some of my juices. I use the Ressurectors and they are awesome. They hit like a beast on the E-Power. I find them much easier to carry than a tank, especially when your out, and they hold 2ml of juice, which is almost as much as some small tanks, and they give much better flavor. But if your a tank fan, then go for it. Sorry I cant be much help concerning that. It should work perfectly fine tho.

If you ever have any questions about your E-Power or are looking to get High-Drains or a dripping atty that works great on the E-Power let me know. I can give you alot of good info for stuff like that, but not tanks, sorry!

Goodluck!

right on guys,

i didn't really expect such quick responses but i'm becoming more and more glad i ordered from CCV with what i've been hearing about the ressurectors. i'm assuming you've got to punch them yourself for tank use? or can you buy them already modded?

and rob, i can't say i've completely settled with a preference for either, but i'm curious about hi-drain batts... what benefits / uses can they provide? so far i've only dripped 901's on my kr808, and with variable results (i think there's a slight learning curve that seems to center around juice types or something)

thanks guys

    in a cave, eh?
I haven't had any problems with LR atomizers working on an e-Power. When you change atomizers, sometimes you need to pop up the center pole where your atomizer connects to your battery to ensure a good connection. Use a precision flat-head screwdriver.

I don't have a blinking light unless the battery runs out of charge. My e-Power either works or it doesn't, so I'm a little confused about what might be going on there.
