Both get great reviews for their juice. But is TW's juice so much better as to justify the ridiculous $1 per ml price?

I would have to agree. Not too long ago, Phil changed vendors for his eliquid supply. I prefer "cigarette" flavors. I had been ordering "Marlboro" from T.W., as I found their flavors and quality were the best. However, before T.W. moved operations to Florida, I had ordered some of e-smokey-treat's new Marlboro and Camel liquid. WOW, I was pleasantly surprised! Smokey treats flavor and quality were very, very close to T.W.'s. The best part was it was cheaper, and at the time I didn't have to wait 2 weeks to recieve liquid from Great Britan. I will continue to primarily order juice from Phil, his quality and excellent service are tops! I can order eliquid from e-smokey-treats and within 3 business days, recieve the liquid at my doorstep. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Phil's juice to anybody looking for some of the best eliquid around!
(I still purchase from T.W. also, just not as often)

While I haven't tried TW's yet, I can vouch for Phil's juice. Very tasty. Big fan of the apple and Vanilla.

I am sure that a larger part of TW's cost is the excellent packaging his product comes in. I have seen numerous threads and comments in the forums about concerns over quality control when it comes to our juice. While not slamming anyone else. TW's packaging and presentation are the best I have seen. That comes with a cost.....

True, but I'd rather have tasty liquid in a plain bottle than pay $10.00 extra for the fancy packaging. You don't smoke the wrapper.
