If you got the wireless one you could just buy a 3.5mm male>female cord for like $2 or $3 at Walmart and it would be wired.

I do have one question though:
How does the switch work? Do you need to flip the switch on and off for every draw or does it have a separate per-draw switch?

Smart edisme......that will help to reduce cost..that was the original idea.....wire or wireless, you can choose anytime you want....

The switch is just like your normal on and off switch..maximum on time is 2 minutes...after that the atomiser will go into cleaning cycle but there is no burning smell or taste awful, the vapor becomes harsh and strong and the throat hits becomes stronger...best to off the switch by the 3rd minute.....was thinking off a built in timer...

Will you be offering a model that includes a standard pneumatic switch as well?

Unless I'm just understanding this wrongly, I think having constant power for a few minutes might be detrimental or waste liquid...
Is there no per-puff shutoff?

Yes....but pneumatic switches tends to get quirky and tends to give erratic power to the atomiser(that attributes to a lot of atomiser poor wispy performance, a lot of suction effort and sudden "death")....I am in the process of getting a different form of switch...something more within our control.....;)

The liquids is completely vaporised with no crystallisation or "Crud" forming after a cool down..no wastage occurs but the liquids usage is certainly higher for those who "demands" more nicotine..but E-turbo makes the delivery of nicotine more efficient..so a nicotine strength of 8 mg/ml will now deliver the same feel of a 36mg/ml or 24 mg/ml nicotine strength...the feel of throat hits are exactly the same as the higher strength used in a normal atomiser with OE battery.....I believe with a more efficient atomiser(like what I felt with KISSBOX Classic Janty earlier few months ago) will actually reduce the nicotine level to a much safer and lower dose and that will be our winning points to convince WHO or any other health authorities to allow us to use this as an option for smokers in par and on the same level with the pharmaceutical side.....that's my reason of making this (E-Turbo)actually....my Plan B in total reality....:D..Katink of E-Roken Forum will know what I mean.....

I believe with a more efficient atomiser (like what I felt with KISSBOX Classic Janty earlier few months ago) will actually reduce the nicotine level to a much safer and lower dose and that will be our winning points to convince WHO or any other health authorities to allow us to use this as an option for smokers in par and on the same level with the pharmaceutical side

Bravo. You are precisely correct. In America, if the FDA gets to regulate tobacco as now seems likely in as few as two months, then the first restriction will be a limit on allowable nicotine in cigs, much as limits are placed on NRT. If e-cigs are regulated, they will get restrictions on nicotine in liquids. Your E-Turbo would be the answer to an addict's prayer: the hit of high with the measure of low.

So does the atomizer stay hot until you shut the power pack off?
Yes, it will stay hot until you switch it off...that's part of the secret of proper nicotine delivery hits...but the weakness still lies with the atomiser..that's the reason for my field test...to see what can excess power can do to a normal OE atomiser....we need the time....

Does 0mg liquid now give a throat hit? If it does I'm saying bye-bye to nicotine!!

Tried 0 mg ...but you gets only flavor and vapors ...nicotine hits are almost totally absent but it does give a slight feel like a atomiser degrading gradually...but nonetheless, still satisfy....

That's what I am hoping for TB...a low dose will be enough to satisfy the craving and therefore making this safe even if we inadvertently overdose ourselves....we know some may use up more than 2 ml of 24mg/ml in a day..that's overdose and it can deride our initial good intention use of this e-cig ideas....

I think i fit that category tonight!! Been vaping constantly and still buzzing as a result! Apologies for the excessive posting tonight but I think the old nicodemons have take hold!!

Jim I was going to ask you: any news on the cigar/pipe adapter for the e-turbo yet or is that still a long way off?

Anyway, I'm off to bed - have teething baby and early work tomorrow - what a bleedin vaping fool am I..

Do be careful with your vaping dose...my clinical trials here does show people who overdose will have side effects like headaches..like a hangover effects and also lethargy....

On the developments for e-pipe and e-cigars...sorry to say not much(I don't have cigar type samples with me and it is not popular here)....The pipe configuration does pose a problem but the cigar will be easier...need to buy one first..;)...I will try if I can get my itchy hands on one...:D

Okay - well I've got an old rubbish cigar kicking around here which has been wimpy for most of it's career - fancy giving that a try? You may prefer a better model to properly test, but at least it would give you an idea for making the adapter etc...

Anyway, PM me with your address if you're interested and I'll post it to you... ;)

Doc, i just thought of something and i might be way off with this but bear with me. I'm sure you know a little about my technical imcompetence...

You mentioned a few times that you tested the e-turbo on 6 months or older atomisers and "revived" them. Did you actually use the atomiser for 6 months or did it become wimp after a month or two and is left sitting around until 6 months?

Are we able to know what is a standard atomiser lifespan with the e-turbo since its so new? We know it can revive an old atomiser but how long can it stay revived? If you have covered this before, i'm really sorry.

Here are pics of E-Turbo X2 wireless..with adapters made for NPRO and Penstyle..as well as DSE 901(not in pic).....a bit bulky at the moment but the ease of use is there...

Hope you all will like it....model casing is open for suggestion...:)

great jimldk! very much looking forward to get one! concerning the model casing-personally i like to see the "metal ball" or "transparent ball" or some "tablet style disk" ;-)...but i guess its to much to think about special modeling at this point; probably you have to choose from already existing models..so, any functioning one is good! much appreciate your work and invention!

Thanks SD..I'll buy one myself..no need to trouble you..anyway, I never smoked a Cigar before...about time to try one...:D

Good question..I was waiting for that...I had 2 of my own Njoy and 2 Janty...both bought since March and May respectively..njoy stopped working after 3 weeks to 1 month, actually they hardly worked..so I left it sitting in the dark..on and off, I will take it out to tinker with it .been using Janty atomiser for the past 4 to 5 months but they are getting weaker and weaker...until I decided to start the E-Turbo project....first my Janty becomes alive and then I tested them on my 2 old Njoy...well, the rest are history...hehehe:D
On how long they will last....well, I am still using them..in fact I gave one away today to let others "abuse" it.....I want to see how long it will last too.....that the need for a long Field test...Abuse it to the Max and see what happens.....;)

Ah , Bling Casing eh?.....maybe.....good suggestion Vafvaf....:thumb::D...err...will also put into consideration..hehehe:)

What about for a future model the wired version could be shaped like an ashtray where the atomiser sits inside when resting!! Somehow it could know the atomiser is sitting there and turn off!

Man..you come out with weird but "something worth thinking about" ideas...hehehehe:D...I'll get working on that but a bit advance for me...let me think...Okay...Scott, Beam me up....!!!

Nicotine is only one factor in throat hit, other things that are involved are pH level, additives in the juice and atomiser efficiency/strong power source.

Nicotine provides primary hits...the Main feel will be that particular Hit people seek for...yes, the other factors are there but it requires a higher dose...that won't be good unless we find another safe chemical to do so...
