I have a 20ml syringe with a 14g blunt needle that I use for mixing large batches of VG.

However it is so painful to use. The amount of force needed to pull the syringe is crazy and I need to hold it there for at least 3 minutes for the thick VG to soak into the syringe to fill the 20ml.

I have not been able to find a solution for this online.

If anyone has a way to solve this I would be extremely grateful. I would just like a 20ml syringe with a large diameter needle. Like maybe an 8-10gauge blunt needle. I cant find under 14g anywhere.

Does anyone make this?

I found a plastic tube that came with a can of spray foam insulation and noticed it looked to be about the diameter that might work...I checked and what do you know-- it fits snug on the end of a syringe.

I cut a 3 inch piece off and stuck it on the end of a syringe and it allows me to reach down in the vg bottle and suck it right up easy as can be. I just rinse and reuse as needed.

Wow I am ......ed that i didnt think of not using the syringe with it. I even went ahead and drilled a larger hole into the syringe. I literally pulled out while the syringe was in my VG bottle and it filled the 20ml in 1 second LOL. I Think I actually made the hole too big as now when the syringe is filled, it leaks out a bit but its not a problem to me. I have alot other 20ml syringe laying around.

This does present a problem for me however. Because my VG bottle is so tall. Its hard for me to get my syringe all the way to the bottom without me needing to pour some vg out in a bowl first. I used the syringe mainly because of the added length to syringe. Maybe I should purchase a 100ml syringe since they are much longer, so that i can reach the bottom of my bottle.

Thank you all for the help.

Great idea. I have 500ml bottles and when it gets too low I let it drain into a pyrex mixing cup. Using a huge 30ml syringe helps too.

Next up is a turkey baster and then perhaps Power Tools, lol. Aquarium pump??

VG isn't toxic (at least for most folks), it's used in cosmetics and all kinds of stuff. Save the needle and syringe for your nicotine (wear globes for the nic)
I just pour the VG from the bottle into a graduate cylinder to the correct measure, add flavoring(s) with a pipette,
suck up the nicotine into a 1 or 5 ml syringe, stir, pour into a bottle, cap it and shake well.

When I make big batches of 30ml or more I pour from the bottle into a measuring cylinder.

    https://www.myfreedomsmokes.com/mixing-supplies/graduated-cylinders.html

I get my PG and VG by the gallon and keep filling up some wide mouth bottles that I've saved from previous purchases and have no problem reaching the bottom of those with a 10ml syringe.
For those of you with thin neck bottles some 1/4 or 3/8 airline hose like what you use for fish tanks on the end of the syringe will get you to the bottom of tall bottles.
